A Malaysian love story

There is this posting at the OutSyed The Box blog on what a Chinese Pakatan supporter said about what the Chinese really want -

What The Chinese People Want / Apa Yang China Mahu

And this is what the blog operator has to say about the claims by the Chinese Pakatan supporter -

Answering CH Hwe's "What The Chinese People Want"

All very long and clever arguments by both sides.

Well, I'm not the type who writes too long and too clever. I believe many more out there are the same as me.

So, let me try to make the whole Chinese issue much easier to be understood by simple people such as myself.

Okay, I see the whole thing similar to this following love story-

A boy met a girl.

Both are very different from each other.

But circumstances forced them to interact and work closely together.

The boy and the girl then fell in love.

Both promised that they will be together forever.

They also promised to accept each other the way they were and honor each other's peculiarities which made them different from one another.

Life and love were good for them at that point.

The boy, despite being not so successful himself, tried his best to assist the girl. He was her inspiration, so she said.

They both worked hard to improve their life.

It however turned out that the girl is much more talented than the boy.

She improves herself at work at a much faster rate than the boy.

The boy tried very hard to catch up with her but still lags behind.

After some times, the girl began to get impatient with the boy.

She complained everyday about how the boy is so inefficient and not working hard enough.

She began to feel that the boy was no longer worthy of her love.

She then stopped telling him that she loves him even when he told her that he loves her.

The boy was of course sad, but he still loves the girl the same way when they first met. He doesn't want to lose her.

He tried even harder to please her in the hope that she will love him again the way she used to be.

After a while, the girl appeared to be fine with him again. She was still cold towards him, but at least she stopped scolding him over even the smallest things.

He thought things will gradually get better.

However, it was not to be.

On May 5th, she asked him to met her at a certain place.

With her was this handsome Chinese guy.

She told him that she no longer loves him. That she is now in love with the handsome Chinese guy.

And there, right in front of him she French kissed the handsome Chinese guy, to show the boy once and for all that she no longer loves him.

Then, she turned around to the boy and told him that the whole thing got nothing to do with the guy being a Chinese.

"It's actually because you are not as handsome and as successful as my Chinese guy. You are no longer good enough for me," she added.

The boy's heart broke, and it remains broken forever.

By the way, the handsome Chinese guy drives a Honda, while the boy, who is a Malay drives a Proton.

The girl? I leave it up for you to decide.

    1. What Malays really, really want20 May 2013 at 22:59

What the Malays want is simple. Their land and the oil and gas and rainforest back that was colonised by the Christian Portugues then Dutch then Britain. So what do the Malays really want from the DAP Chinese.

The Malays want the DAP chinese to leave the country. There is no two ways about it. For a better race relations we must reduce communist chinese people in Malaya.

There are simply too many chinese in Malaya. In Singapore there are more chinese than anywhereelse beside China!

That is simple what the Malays want. Chinese who voted DAP to leave. They should vote with feet, their money and their hearts.

The DAP Chinese should leave the malays in peace to decide their future now that we are independent of the british.

Tell the chinese first be honest and admit u r just plain greedy and plain effing chauvinist pricks...how many malays u see supporting chinese buss..as opposed to chinese ade support malay buss...u hv always been racist..u mock us when we call for BCL..tp chinese dh lama since donkey yrs promote BML (buy malay last)...jgn tipu diri sendri ckp u nk corruption free la bongok. 5. Sad that the malays always feel the need to please everyone but in the end no gratitude is given back. instead a hard cruel stab in the back.

  6. Relpy to nukui hanza, well, we are in 21st century, plus I am not even going to comment on spirits or the unknown, but just looking at the situation, the malay boy should not give up hope, there are, as they say so many other roses in the garden, fishes in the sea, so work towards your goal and cast your line again. Why give up, why give in to anger, if you do, dont give in to negativity, take it as a blessing in disguise, that girl could be a bloody gold digger or she could be so fat in a few years she would need a pick up truck to ferry her ass around rather than a honda. The best revenge is to do something so well it makes the other person feel really small. Just my 2 cents.

  7. Once bitten twice shy , let it be then, he face the reality knowing that there is no real love in the girl heart ,she just taking advantage of circumstances rather then facing reality. The boy drove away ,though he felt hurt but he fill blessed knowing that his acceptance and tolerance of her was never being genuinely appreciated, far from accepting that they have a life together.
He drove his proton ,in his heart though jilted but this is his life ,with or without her thing has to go on and he got nothing to lose, he had to secure to what ever he had for the better.
One morning ,while laying lazily beside hi newly wed charming wife ,he heard the pone rang ,and he heard a lady cry on the other end pleading with him for reconciliation ,saying the China guys was just making promise that he himself know that it will not work.
But it's not easy to mend a broken heart.

And the plot thickens. But amid the romance and the betrayals, the leading characters are from different political sides and eventually .... oops! This is not my e-book.

one of the most notable and famous behaviour of malays is that we always have a give and take attitude - chinese? survivality is only their main concern, nothing else...to the extent that they will never think twice to sacrifice their friends and even own blood.
The chinese are also greedy...theyre everywhere..and now theyre in Africa.
Theyre ruthless..they even massacred their own kind in Tiananmen square...and malaysia almost became a communist country because of the chinese communist party's support for the communist party of malaya.

  15. "They also promised to accept each other the way they were and honor each other's peculiarities which made them different from one another." I disagree, in malaysia, the girl MUST be converted by force and to accept everything which is alien to her in that religion. Worse she is not allowed to leave if the marriage fail later. The girl left the boy not because of another handsome boy but because the boy had been taking advantage of her for a long time ever since 1999 but being consistently reminded that she is a girl and not a native her. If she is not happy, she should leave him and balik kampong, there are always many other girls outside.

    1. Actually, the girl and the boy never got married. They were just in love with each other. She told him that she loves eating pork too much to convert and marry him. He actually doesn't mind and told her that he is alright with that as long as she still loves him. That was until that handsome Chinese guy came along and told the girl that she is not getting the best deal and that she is better off with him. He is after all a handsome and successful Chinese.

  16. Annie, I have just read a coment from this guy, Tan Poh Seng, a national council member in the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia ACCCIM. Pls read it and let us know what you think and feel.

I never knew that the BCL and ABCD campaign is gaining traction and now the Chinese are seeing the possible after effects. Well, they should have the foresight before slighting the Malays and the Govt of the day. They allowed the DAP bugggers to be rude. In the long run, the Malays will only feel a slight pinch as we are used to a moderate lifestyle as opposed to the Chinese who enjoy the RMs in their wallets. And the RMs will shrink s-l-o-w-l-y from their wallets, purse and accounts...high time the Malays/Muslims/Bumiputra/Mamaks and Indians join hands to break the monotony and monopoly of businesses in Chinese hands.

We will assist the Chinese suppliers of goods and services to shrink and sink, over time. If need be, don't buy from Chinese shops but go to Mydin, TESCO and Jayajusco. Help the Indian corner-shops instead of the Chinese shops. Take Non-Chinese taxis if you must..the list is endless and soon many more Chinese voices, DAPsters disguising as NGOs will voice their concern. They, the Chinese, had their day...now and in the future belongs to those who appreciate what God has granted and given them....meanwhile let them moan and mourn in their black shirts.....you can never satisfy the Chinese crazy for power and money...

Girl tu main kayu tiga.. Masa boy tak dirumah dia buka pintu dapur kasi jantan2 lain masuk makan bak kut teh, urut2 badan mereka, menari dan berkaraoke sekuat2nya, takpa jiran tak dengar kerana rumah sound proof.

  24. Really sad love story. Nowadays, the best man will never win till the last. That day, a Cinaman told me that the Cina voted for PR because:-
    1. Want a transparency government;
    2. No more "rasuah"
    3. Tan Beng Hock's case that was never solve
    4. MCA chosed CSL as the president
Hahaha.. I laughed myself out at the front of him. What!? A transparency government?. Even Cina business are not that transparent with all the along-along Bukit Beruntung laundry money. Rasuah!? Really? All those kedai kuda2 ku berlari how come can be "selamat" from the authorities? Tan Beng Hock case?. Yeah! He was framed? Hell yeah!.. Ethics? CSL.. Ehem!! DSAI your new godfather eh?.
The Malays always try to accommodate their neighbor, even they know that the Cina will be never be appreciative (except for those Cina that live together with the Malays in kampung2 or small town). Money talks nowadays as you can see also in the new age of High Educated Position Big Salaries Malays who thought that are the big gun now, can compete with others.. Hahaha what a joke. And the Malays already been messed up with subsidy and easy work with high income. Yep "The boy's heart broke, and it remains broken forever". The Malays will always remember what the Cina done, and it will be pass on to the next generations like "Don't ever trust a Cina, they will sweet talk to you, they will help you but they are not to be trusted"."They are the first one that will leave you for their own importance". Period!

  25. Annie, I agree with your view - Chinese are not to be trusted. Lets have a DNA test of all IC holders and anyone that has non-Malay DNA characteristics should be stripped of citizenship and deported immediately. Ultimately its blood not brains that determines a persons loyalty and worth to MALAYsia.

    1. Is that what you all going to do to MALAYsians once you all managed to seize Putrajaya? Conduct blood tests and deportations? BN has been in power for half a century and it happened that they never thought of doing that. Well, you all seems to be more efficient in dealing with dissenting views. So, I guess that's what you all have in mind on how to handle MALAYsians.

  26. i second that. lets not drag annie's metaphor down to the insult-menginsult level. especially so God's creation. kutuk perbuatan, not the person. constructive criticism lagi makan dalam compared to outright name calling and abuse which serves to just make the blood go upstairs only. what for daa?

  27. The girl marry the "handsome" chinese guy. However, it was a short-lived marriage. She found out that he is actually has a "little john" and bisexual. Hearrtbroken, she became a GRO.

The Malay boy, heartbroken, found solace in PAS, and marry a twice-married ex-singer, now masquearading as a "ustazah pilihan". This is also a short-lived marriage as he found out that she never really loved him, and still longing to be third wife of the spenderman. He lost faith in PAS and began frequenting karaoke joints, all expenses paid by chinese contractors.

Ads fated, both divorcee, were reunited, where else but at a karaoke.

So they lived happily ever after.

  30. Maybe the boy didn't try hard enough? Talent, after all, does not really exist as much as people would come to believe.

People do, after all, have a tendency to overestimate how hard they work relative to other people. This has been shown on and on again by studies of how our own perception of our hard work does not tally with the actual amount of time we spend working.

Much of management research literature would also show how hard, disciplined and organised work can trump talent on any day.

But maybe I'm taking this too seriously and utterly missing the point.
