Politics used to be easier and fun

I think I'm getting too lazy to write about politics.

Feeling really demotivated.

There's really nothing good to write about both sides of the political divide.

BN and the opposition parties are equally in the mess.

It's not even fun to make fun of them anymore.

Well, I used to enjoy teasing Guan Eng.

It's kinda cute the way the DAP cybertroopers jumped when ever I make fun of him.

Ya, I missed those days.

Everything was so clear cut.

I'm pro-establishment, you are pro-Pakatan.

Let's fight!

Really....that was fun.

Now I'm not really sure who are the friends and who are the enemies.

Whenever I got criticised in the comments section these days, I just got irritated or sometimes even angry.

I don't find it cute anymore like last time.

Sorry ya, for that.

I will try to be better.

Actually, I'm getting whacked quite regularly by friends of late.

It makes me not sure which side I'm on now.

All very confusing, okay.

I think that's why some of you all readers of this blog find it hard to really understand what I wrote.

And then I got angry about it, which is not good.

Really, this is quite unhealthy.

Also last time I have my BF to make me happy again whenever I lost my temper....now I can only just try to sleep it off.

Well, I think I  want to take a break from writing politics for a while again.

Just a few days.

I will find something else to write about for now.

Maybe I can write about things like road safety which I tried to highlight previously.

I may even try to write in proper Bahasa Malaysia for a change.

That would be fun, I guess.

Okay, I need to get up now, take a shower and get myself something for breakfast.

I'm hungry.

Have a good weekend guys.

Cheers!

  2. Dear Annie,

"..It makes me not sure which side I'm on now."..

Operative-word 'side' clearly infers you are not apolitical, yes? Or you're trying to say/project you are..?

"..I think that's why some of you all readers of this blog find it hard to really understand what I wrote."

Now this is a pre-emptive/defensive statement absolving yourself.

I opine humbly that there is not much difficulty to comprehend your writings. I'd maintained that ader yang 'uber-cute'. Though to direct your writing above to even 'some' of your readers pun borders on insulting (some) of their IQ.

Q is, are you taking accountability? Are you willing to?

What is it you wish to attain out of your blog? To appear impartial? To be a 'feel-good' socio-platform? I deem you're matured and realisitic enough to know that you cannot play to both galleries, yes?

There is a saying "..IF you can't take the heat (comments), get out of the sun (cease blogging)..'

    1. Dear Ghaz,
I actually started this blog to write what I see and feel in my mind and heart. It's an outlet for me and that's all about it. I'm not active on other platforms such as FB, twitter etc. I don't even consider myself as a clever blogger, let alone an authority of anything. I accept differing opinion and hardly censor comments unless they were really stupid and abusive. But, I'm also human. Sometimes I'm okay, sometimes I don't. It's like that lah.

    2. Dear Annie,

"I actually started this blog to write what I see and feel in my mind and heart. It's an outlet for me and that's all about it."

:-) Sahihhh..that bit you've always been consistent about.

Cuma, you may NOT realise that your writings tuh has a certain 'leaning'. More so whenever you offer your opinions/comments and/or dropping names such as JMD, SatD, Rocky's and the like. That runs counter to your 'see and feel in mind and heart'.

My end opinion is, were I, you.. 'To-Pluto!' la what other differing comments are/were. This IS YOUR Blog, si?

You owe no one, and even far less, need to be apologetic.

May you have a marvelous weekend now.

      Cheers!

  9. Hi Annie,

setiap kali saya membaca perihal politik khususnya disana tanahair dimana pergolakan diantara melayu melawan melayu kelihatan bertambah bengis lagaknya, justeru saya menjadi 'kosong" yaitu tiada perasaan pun karena perbalahan antara mereka demi mengagongkan nama politik mereka yang disandang diatas nama 'kebenaran' kononnya begitu memualkan, demikian saya tidak pun terlintas untuk memberi apa jua buah pandangan mengenainya dek drama tarik menarik, kutuk mengutuk, rendah merendahkan dan besar kepala merekalah yang membuatkan sandiwara nama politik mereka seperti UMNO, PKR, PAS/Pakatan Harapan yang kerjanya asyik menghantokkan kepala memasing... tingkahlaku yang sama seperti budak sekolah rendah tahapnya ! Malu sesungguhnya !!!
