It's just me telling you all that I am at this moment watching this very nice Korean drama.
You can read a bit about it here,
Prime Minister and I
This Korean drama is now playing at Astro's KBS World channel.
Koreans are very good at making love dramas like this one.
I like them because they were cute even when they went over the top or even with the bits of politics thrown in.
In this one, it's about a young PM who employed an ex-journalist as his contract wife and ended up falling in love with her.
I wish Malaysian film makers could make these type of drama too.
Maybe, the Malaysian version could be about a young minister who falls in love with his beautiful aide....possibly an ex-journalist too.
And then there's this evil political rival of the minister who is also in love with the girl but too scared to do anything about it because of his garang wife.
To make the story even more interesting, the aide also have a husband.
Maybe we can also throw in some inter-racial love triangle elements to make it more intriguing.
I am sure the drama, if handled properly, will become a big hit.
Really, we need this kind of drama to make our political scene more creatively stimulating and interesting.
I believe that many of us are already quite fatigued by the ongoings of our politicians as they are now.
It's the same things over and over again.
Come on la, do you all honestly find Anwar's Kajang drama interesting or even amusing?
Aren't you all fed-up with it all? Especially with Anwar playing the DIVA role?
I think the cliche of blaming the evil Umno for everything wrong under the sun is already getting very exhausting.
And insulting Najib and his wife like what Theresa Kok did in her CNY video is also getting quite distasteful too.
It's not at all creative or even remotely funny la Miss Kok.
I really think our politicians need to be better than all that.
For that, maybe they can watch some good Korean dramas and learn a thing or two from them.
Theresa Kok's CNY video is distasteful.ReplyDelete
I had thought better of her.
Chinese Pakatan sympathiser
What do you expect from Teresa cock? She has been sucking kit sial's cock all this while that's why she has come up such a low life video. Her actions and bitchy mouth also explain why no men want to marry her unless you are interested, I don't know lahDelete
There is one in the making : KJ and his press secretary Vagina Lee.
"...And insulting Najib and his wife like what Theresa Kok did in her CNY video is also getting quite distasteful too..."
They are public figures and people will make fun of public figures.
The Queen of England, President Obama, President Putin, Justin Beiber, Paris Hilton, Lady Di, Tom Cruise, eeerr... who else? Oh, silly me, of cos, Lim Kit Siang, Anwar Ibrahim, Nik Aziz, the list is endless.
Every single one of them has had fun poked at them.
These are all thick skinned people, otherwise they would not be in the public eye.
IMHO, there is no need to defend them.
Anwar's Kajang Move will now play out the next chapter after CNY - the announcement that MCA will be contesting.
Really, MCA has no choice but to contest - it is not only PKR they have to fight but also UMNO which is considering their own candidate for the seat.
MCA knows that if an UMNO candidate walks into Kajang, MCA will never ever be able to get it back again off UMNO, so win, lose or draw, MCA will contest the seat.
That's my guess for Kajang based on what I have read so far.
As far as Korean dramas are concerned, I have never watched one so I can't comment on them. I do vaguely know that they are extremely popular in some quarters. Some say it's the romance, some say it's the historical aspect, some say it's the cinematography, I really don't know.
As far as making a movie is concerned, I do have some friends in the movie industry. They have recently finished working with Angelina Jolie in Australia - no lie.
I'll ask if they are interested in your idea :) I take it that you want the starring role? :)
I believe Gomen has imposed a restriction on the story lines of all locally made movies/dramas/comedies and the likes. The story lines can't be about politics, current gomen, make our local armed forces looked bad, make our royals looked bad, make DAP looked like traitor to the country, etc.ReplyDelete
So we ended up stories like anak lupakan mak bapak mcm cerita si Tanggang, anak songlapkan duit bapak yg kaya raya dari biz yg entah apa2, teens never ending problems with love affairs, etc.
How boring, kan?
Teresa is certainly funnier than you.ReplyDelete
This sort of posting is your standard. No issues - just refrain from criticizing JS, TMI, DSAI or anything that is considered heavy.ReplyDelete
Support 100%. Blogger ni senang merajukDelete
Apa kata kau orang buat blog sendiri, lepas tu puji JS, TM, DSAI, HY etc. etc. melambung-lambung, kan senang cerita. Ikut suka Annie lah tulis apa pun, ni blog dia, tak suka boleh blah...Delete
Annie, I recommend you to watch "My Love From Another Star"(currently the no. 1 hit in Korea), "Master's Sun",and "Secret". They're really, really good. I think every now and then, it's good to take a breather from the "sakit hati' political scenario of the country.ReplyDelete
I watched My Love From Another Star also. Quite good but the hero was not very hamdsome la :-)Delete
Hero tak handsome tapi lebih kepada cute. Tapi definitely lebih handsome daripada most of our politicians put together, betul tak? Whatever it is, handsomeness lies in the eyes of the beholder.Delete
If you were my fiancee ma'am, one of our destinations ought to be cultural performances in Korea like this one:Delete
Would you look sweet in one of those wonderful Korean dresses? After the baju nyonya kebaya of course, hehehehe
I may not agree with you all the time, but your Korean drama is not a bad idea. All political front news boring macam nak mampus !!ReplyDelete
Extract from Zaid Ibrahim's: Malays have too much PowerReplyDelete
I was fortunate yesterday to have been a guest of Bank Negara Indonesia at a Forum in which the various political parties assembled to talk about important issues for the Indonesian general election in 2014.
President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono made an excellent presentation. He urged Indonesians to think about economic issues and urged both all political leaders to work together to bolster the country’s performance.
He spoke about enhancing capacity building and overcoming administrative gridlocks. He warned about decreasing imports from large economies and the tightening of money flows from the United States, which has helped Indonesia over the past four years.
He spoke about the need for infrastructure enhancement, especially in the provinces, and challenged presidential aspirants (from his own party and the opposition) to put forward good policies.
Not once did he speak of “enemy forces” working against Indonesians, Islam or the Pancasila. Not once did he rely on false paranoia to gain cheap political capital. Instead, he urged his people to unite to make Indonesia a world economic power.
That is my kind of leader: honest and inspiring. My kind of leader knows that power is limited so he must govern with care because his days are numbered from the moment he takes office.
He or she believes that political power may be used only to discharge the sacred duty to the people while maintaining the principles of democratic government.
It’s a tough job to govern responsibly. UMNO and other Malay leaders have yet to learn this.

Zaid was part of the system and benefited immensely from it. He was even fortunate to be part of the system that have the power to change it for the better. What has he done? Not much, just talk lots of bulls.Delete
I agreed with Anon 13:20.Delete
Anon 10:37 shouild have asked Zaid how he comes to own that UMNO's building in Kota Bahru. Zaid was an ex-UMNO litigation lawyer. Like 'The Rear Admiral' aka Al-Juburi, acquired his wealth and stature through dubious means and after being ditched, eloped with Pakatan for survival.
That's is why Pakatan is a suitable platform for 'cari makan' politician.
Re. I was fortunate yesterday to have been a guest of Bank Negara Indonesia at a Forum in which the various political parties assembled to talk about important issues for the Indonesian general election in 2014.Delete
Common sense will tell you that when you are speaking to an audience with invited foreign guests, you are only to speak the best and nothing less. Only an oxymoron will run down his/her own government and country like what BABI and LGE had done before.
Re. He or she believes that political power may be used only to discharge the sacred duty to the people while maintaining the principles of democratic government.
I don't get me wrong I support the GOMEN action against the gangster last year, but this coming from Zahid himself is such a paradox.
President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is also a devout spiritual aspirant.Delete
The President and his Sufi Sheikh:
Big Dog is attacking Rosmah why is Annie so quiet? Don't pilih kasih lah lu..ReplyDelete
.....because Annie isn't a dog, she is a drama queen and loves to watch and makes drama.Delete
then it is no point attacking Teresa Kok. Defend means total defence if not no commenting is best optionDelete
Sejak bila Annie defen PM kat alam maya. Yg kita nampak hanya sorang dua blogger je yg berani hentam pengkritik PM.ReplyDelete
Maybe, Annie can direct a drama about a half-past-six blogger secretly fell in love with a botak menteri besar.ReplyDelete
To make the story even more interesting, the menteri besar also have two wives.
Maybe Annie can also throw in some cat fight elements to make it more intriguing.
I am sure the drama, if handled properly, will become a big hit.
Re. Maybe Annie can also throw in some cat fight elements to make it more intriguing.
Great idea, I love it. Maybe you can be the body double during the cat fight, where you can be "KETUK" with "SENDUK" on your head and "BALING" with "PERIUK BELANGA" over and again. To make the scene more intriguing, no camera trick will be used, all takes and scenes are taped for real. Sure big hit one....ROTFL
LOL your idea is not so good, better one is to have a scene whereby of all 3 ladies and the botak MB naked playing mahjong.....hehehehe that would be a block buster man !!Delete
Aiya! you all Redbeanie always like Porn Version of the movie because your ketua UMUM PKR likes to make one also.
Talking about BOTAK hor, what happen to your UGLY BOTAK BETTY? So is very quiet nowadays wor. Ask her whether she is going to shave her head at the Buddhist Temple again during PRK Kajang. Sure hit one you know. Then she can cry some more like last in Penang.
Your UGLY BOTAK BETTY is actually Christian, Buddhist of Taoist? I think hor, she was making fun of religion for her husband and DAP political advantage. This time in PRK Kajang hor, I think she should shave her ARMPIT at the temple and then hor, all of the REDBEANIE can cry together gether with her. Sure DRAMA one...
Kalau jadi VVIP tak ada skandal tak sah kedudukan ke?ReplyDelete
Those who adore Korean drama series because of the cast's good look, better take a peep at the real Korean minus their reconstructed look.ReplyDelete
Beyond physical appearances, what is the constitution of Korean culture?Delete
My girlz loved korean drama. Their newest is My Loved From The Star. Me, I'm the Running Man type. Getting addicted to it too hehhehhehReplyDelete
Why can we promote peace during big day (CNY)?ReplyDelete
because makcik annie is extremely anti PR particularly against the Chinese community that supported them.Delete

Why should we promote peace? Who started the war and never regret it?ReplyDelete
DAPsters are bastards and racist!
Agree, agree, agree. BiaDAPigs are indeed bastards and racist. They have no manners so to speak. Their behaviors are crude and crass but what to expect from descendants of coolies, thugs and gangsters and prostitutes imported from China. These people obviously do not benefit from China's 5000 years of civilization. Teresa cock is a very good example. Another one is Hannah banana yeoh and don't forget Lim kit sial and his dumbo son. There are many examples we can find especially in DAP bastardy party.
DAP are socialist neo-marxist ideologues, even if they have conveniently teamed up with rapture evangelists. But how can you pray for Chin Peng to be delivered from the Hellfire; he massacred so many civilians - Malays, Chinese and Indians - and Maoist atheists like them have kicked God out of their lives have they not?Delete
That is why dapigs are all born in malaya with no manners and racist.Delete
