Police swung batons on Monday to beat back thirsty Indians jostling to buy alcohol for the first time in 40 days as the government eased further the world's biggest coronavirus lockdown.
Well, that's quite funny, actually.
Of all things.
But the local media reports were not so bad as I observed in this video.
At least they don't show the policemen hitting the troublesome sections of the crowd outside the liquor stores.
Whatever it is, I think that country need to do something about the drinking habit of its population.
Luckily Malaysia's drinking problem is not so bad...mostly.
At least we don't have long queue outside the liquor stores yesterday as we eased our MCO.
Personally, I don't mind people drinking and minding their own business.
What I don't like is when the drunkards go around causing trouble like beating up fireman and ramming policeman to death.
Mabuk lah suka hati korang, tapi jangan jadi celaka pegi bunuh orang tak tentu pasal macam tu, okay.
And please, when you mabuk, try not to talk too loudly or boastfully. That's terribly irritating.
One of these days, if you continue being an irritating drunkard, I'm really going to grab that whisky bottle and smash it on your head.
Stupid loud mouth drunk assholes are the worst.
Anyway, today I ventured out from the house for the first time since the MCO was implemented.
Felt quite weird.
Even the driving was a bit heavy after two months.
Things out there looked normal, except everyone is wearing mask.
I think Malaysians in general know how to keep themselves safe under the ongoing conditional MCO.
I trust the government had done its calculations before easing the lockdown.
And those states which wish to continue with the strict enforcement....let them do so. No big deal.
Their economy just have to suffer a bit more I guess.
Well, some people want to show they also have power what.
And some want to be in a dramatic headline like this;
Hey DAP guy, you don't read this news ka?
Stupid politicians and their drama....sigh.
