About the current nonsense going on in Johor

I have been receiving this kind of comments over the past few days,

Cik Annie,

Dear Annie, take a look at this ... http://bongkarrahsiabnjohor.blogspot.my/
-- the best part is on page 53-54. Guide sedikit how are we going to defend UMNO ;)

I believe those are from Johorean readers of this blog.

Well, this is the earliest story on the mentioned issue;

Rep ejected from Johor assembly over graft claims

 against MB

And this is among the latest one on it;

The peculiar case of Johor MB’s bribery allegation

What I think of all these?

Well, I'm actually tired of them.

I'm not going to say Khaled himself is corrupt, but the truth is, I had detected a lot of hanky panky in my home state ever since Khaled took over as menteri besar after the last general election in 2013.

Too many crooks, big and small, were running up and down the state since then.

I had written about them numerous time back then.

This is a sample of such postings and the most read about corruption in Johor in this blog;

Those who have read this blog since those days should know that I really care for my home state and wanted the abuses to stop.

Back then, many people including those in Kota Iskandar accused me of making up those stories.

Most others just ignored me when I wrote about all that.

Now that all kind of nonsense are surfacing in Johor, I think I rather stay quiet and let others write about them.

I think I had done my part and now it's time for all those accomplished journalists, bloggers and writers to do theirs.

Now, I just want to sit on the sideline and watch as the drama unfolds.

See lah later, maybe if I'm in the mood and it's really necessary, I'll write something about it.

Somehow, all these remind me of those last days when I was part of the team defending Johor during the last general election in 2013.

Made me feel a bit nostalgic....

Anti-BN people think poorly of UiTM too

I think the pro-Pakatan or anti-BN people really don't like UiTM and don't want the votes of its about 750,000 alumni in the coming general election.

When I whacked Ku Nan for his "slow learners" remark about UiTM, I received this kind of comments from people I believe to be pro-Pakatan or anti-BN;

That Uitm alumni president Zaini is a reflection of the quality of Uitm produce. Lo and behold, Ku Nan was right after all.

Annie,
In one Sherlock Holmes movie, a kid was asked to apologise to his mom for saying things that had hurt the mom’s feeling. But the kid insisted that what he said was true. To that, Sherlock Holmes told the kid that TRUTH hurts the most always.

Ku Nan was telling the truth, but the reaction of some was akin to the Yahudi about holocaust. These people in Malaysia have their own version of ZIONISM, too. Ketuanan, orang islam orang kapir, membina sebuah negara islam yang tulen, RUU 355, etc.. The path that these people are following is exactly the very thing that their God had ever so often condemned in the Al Quran, that everything about themselves are so sacred and holy that, if you dare comment anything about them, together their wrath would be upon you.

As their God had told them, if you think that you are so sacred and holy that paradise should be yours only to inherit, why don’t you pray for death to be upon you soon so that you could go to heaven quickly?

Don’t get so work up lor..It’s a small matter. Ku Nan actually was telling the truth and the truth always hurt. Even he himself was an alumnus and he himself acknowledges this fact. Never shy away to admit that.

ITM/UiTM is a Mara outfit eastablished as a leg up to make Bumis enrolled into higher learning institutions in large numbers. Hence the campuses spread out all across the country for this mission.

It only admits the Bumis so requirements can be adjusted and compromised from time to time to accomodate the Bumis as much as it could. It churns out tens out thousands graduates each year from all its campuses.

some say the truth hurts and in this instance it is bitter as well hence the demanded apologies, normally a big wig from Ali baba's cave need not have to endure such a public embarrassment, wrong assumption kkk, say goodbye to putrajaya shrek, watch this space

to be fair even the ivy leagues have their slow learners but the ketuanan types would have none of this nonsense

Syd Ketupat

Now it all come clear when you said you were from ITM before the U. Now I know why the word tunnel vision and tunnel thinking was coined and also colour blind see only blue and wear horse blinds . Tsk tsk and what inbreeding can do to a person . Have pity and stop your lineage here and do not marry or have children and save them the aghast and the pain of living the lives

The 'flabby Fool' is right U know. Memang pelajar Uitm are SLOW LEARNERS. Baca ni, Pelajar-pelajar ni anjur larian untuk APA sebenarnya......hehehehe.

Malaysian university confusingly organizes ‘Pedophile Charity Run’ over the weekend
In a case of very powerful English, Universiti Teknologi Mara, its Faculty of Administrative Science and Policy Studues, and Baitul Fiqh at UiTM Seremban 3 campus banded together over the weekend, without consulting the university’s English Department, to organize a “Pedophile Charity Run.”

HEHEHEHE...............hahaha cannot stop laughing.

Upon seeing the confounding poster, netizens could hardly contain their laughter, with most of Twitter wondering exactly if UiTM understood what their charity run appeared to be about.

Was it a running of the pedos?
A run for pedophiles?
Or simply a celebration of pedophilia?

No one could quite understand the gist of the event."
HAHAHAHA!!!

Quite arrogant of them.
Well, it's their loss.
Cheers.

After the Ku Nan's apology

A WhatsApp conversation between me and a friend yesterday;

Anyway, I think what happened yesterday was so lame. UiTM guys, that Zaini fella is your alumni president? Tak ada orang lain ke? Dia bercakap semalam macam dia tu political secretary Ku Nan pulak. By the way, I once studied in ITM, so I think  I have the right to comment on this issue.

BN's two thirds majority

GUEST BLOGGER

By Gondrong

1. BN punyai machinery yang kuat di bandar, luar bandar apatah lagi di kampung dan pedalaman;

3. BN ada ramai penyokong tegar yang tidak mudah tunduk dengan pelbagai hasutan. Dianggarkan lebih 47 peratus dalam kalangan 19 juta pengundi ;

4. Rakyat masih belum yakin untuk menukar kerajaan sedia ada. Ini kerana kemelut yang sedang melanda pembangkang sama ada kepimpinan, kesatuannya, perpaduannya, kesefahamannya, ditambah pula dengan isu2 teknikal yang boleh membawa pembatalan parti tertentu ;

5. BN tidak berdiam diri untuk terus ambil langkah-langkah pembetulan termasuk kaedah-kaedah yang akan diguna pakai bagi membantu rakyat berdepan kenaikan kos sara hidup. Parti yang amat berpengalaman ini walaupun ramai yang cuba memperbodoh dan meremehkannya ada formula itu ;

6. Sokongan Melayu dikatakan semakin utuh untuk UMNO parti teras BN, walaupun ramai yang menidakkan perkara itu. Faktor sokongan utuh itu adalah disebabkan PAS membuat keputusan mewujudkan blok ke3 iaitu gabungannya dengan parti2 kecil lain yang mana menyulitkan lagi usaha2 menarik pengundi Melayu menjatuhkan BN;

7. DAP parti berteras Cina adalah dominan dalam pembangkang dan perkara ini amat dibimbangi oleh orang Melayu yang masih teguh dengan pegangan dan keyakinan untuk kerajaan sedia ada terus memelihara agama Islam, institusi Melayu dan rajanya ;

Ku Nan, the no-learner

So many people were angry with Umno secretary-general Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor this morning.

Even the normally cool Rocky seemed angry when he wrote this;

You are the reason why "orang marah Umno", Ku Nan

excerpts;

Even if he hadn't run down the 720,000 graduates that ITM/UiTM has churned out (and the 165,000 students currently chasing their papers in over 30 campuses throughout the country), Ku Nan was already that rotten apple in Umno. Residents from Datuk Keramat to Taman Tun Dr Ismail have been up in arms against his "projects" over the last couple of years. A week or so ago he finally felt he'd better meet the residents of TTDI who are fighting to save their Rimba Kiara but his address, to no one's surprise, did not go down so well (The day Ku Nan allegedly Lied to TTDI residents - The Mole, Nov 26).

Well, I never like Ku Nan from day one.

That's long before the Dr Mahathir-Najib war.

For me, the guy is a boor.

You can check this blog's archive to know what I think of Ku Nan.

I used to kena whacked by pro-Umno bloggers for criticising Ku Nan and several other Umno leaders who were equally boorish.

One very prominent and popular pro-Umno blogger even accused me of being a paid DAP cybertrooper or Pro-Tun blogger at one point because of that.

Well, I don't really care much what they think of me. So, I just don't give a shit lah.

Today, when all those ITM/UiTM people got riled up with Ku Nan because he called them "slow learners", I just shook my head.

"Now you know," I said to myself.

It's a mystery to me why the Umno people kept him as their secretary-general for so long...him and all the other boorish and shameless people at the highest level of the party.

As if there are no good people left in Umno.

Really, there are still many good ones who can replace those bad ones. But what to do, Umno still want to keep people like Ku Nan.

Never mind. Let's not waste our breath, okay.

I'm quite confident Ku Nan and the others like him will not be too much affected by what happened today.

Ku Nan will still be the Umno sec-gen and Federal Territories Minister after the ITM/UiTM people have cooled down.

He will still be the BN candidate for Putrajaya in the coming election.

Really.

And he's going to win, okay.

I'm willing to bet 50 sen on that.

You know lah....Malays can't be angry for too long one.

Marah sekejap je. Nanti okay lah tu.

And life goes on.

Sheeeshhh....

Jazlan as Johor MB? Really?

This is an excerpt from my previous post
- However, just the other day, another source based in KL said Khaled had succeeded in his appeal to remain as Johor MB  for another term.

I met that source for dinner the other night and to my surprise he said he wanted to take back what he said to me.

The latest that he heard Khaled will indeed be replaced as Johor MB.

I told him that it doesn't matter as these are all just speculations.

My source also pointed out that all three names I put as possible new Johor MB candidates in that previous post were not going to be so.

"One of them only wants to make more money, another is totally out because of an issue concerning water supply in Johor which is pending to explode, the other one I know you simply put in your post just to tickle someone. Why don't you put the name of that former state secretary instead? Very naughty," he said.

I was like "Uh uh....okay.....former SS.....hmmmm".

And that's about it.

I thought I don't want to pursue the damn thing anymore because I believe Khaled's boys were already angry enough with me for speculating about their boss.

Anyway, it doesn't matter one bit to my life whether Khaled remains or removed as MB.

However, last night a friend from JB called and brought up the issue again.

The guy who lives in Taman Perling said he heard that our DS Nur Jazlan Mohamed, who is the Pulai MP and deputy home minister will contest the Kempas state seat in the next general election.

Both of us voted for Jazlan in Pulai in the last general election.

"Hey, why would the chubby boy do that? He's crazy or what?" I exclaimed when my friend told me that.

"He's going to be the next MB lah," said my friend.

"Jazlan's going to contest Kempas and that very fat guy who is the current ADUN there will contest Pulai. I heard that's what Putrajaya wants," he added.

I just laughed when he said all that but in my mind I started to think - is that possible?

Actually it is.

From what I know Jazlan has always wanted to be either a full minister or a menteri besar.

Anything smaller is a waste of his talents...at least that's to my understanding.

The guy is actually quite smart too.

And I know that the Sultan of Johor is quite okay with him.

So, the possibility of Jazlan replacing Khaled as MB is actually quite real.

Well, I don't mind Jazlan too much.

For one thing, he's a Sino-Malay like me. Sino-Malay is the "in thing" in Johor these days, okay.

Met him a couple of time and found him to be quite a pleasant chap.

He even talked freely with me about being frustrated for not being given more responsibilities by the Umno leadership and how he contemplated returning to the corporate world because of that.

The guy is going to be 52 next year, just the right age to move up to a position such as menteri besar.

Well, not so bad if it really happens to him.

Of course, all these provided that BN can win in the coming election lah.

Do the Chinese hate Dr Mahathir?

I read this Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad's post just now,

TOWN HALL

and think that the handsome old man was quite sadden by the attitude of a group of youths that he met at a Pakatan Harapan's event.

excerpts;

2. They asked very intelligent questions but were a little disappointing because they were mainly about past alleged misdeeds of the BN Governments. There was hardly any reference to the present and the future. The main focus was on Ops Lalang.
3. On corruption the assumption seems to be that any new Government would do all the things that Najib has done and is doing as long as the systems remain the same. There seems to be a belief that if the system is right then everything will be fine.
4. Merely changing the Government would not result in the Prime Minister lose his great power and his corruption.
5. The implication seems to be that voting in the election would not resolve the problems facing the country. This being so voting would be an exercise in futility.
6. In other words let the present Government continue, let Najib be the Prime Minister. It reflects the aphorism “better the devil you know than the angel you don’t ”.

There were just three comments at the post when I read it.

These are two of them;

niknik

I am from your generation. And we suffered under your racist and bigoted Malaynising of Malaysia. My father could not advance in his career in government service because preference was given to the Malays and the policies of your UMNO-BN racist based political parties.
Look we are willing to give you a chance.
But your total disregard of others perspective of you and arrogance to think you don’t owe Malaysians a proper apology leads us to know you can’t teach an old dog new tricks.
The apology won’t change the past. But it will show us that the Mahathir we have now will fight for us.
From your tone, it does confirm you have your own agenda and getting the rakyat to back you is only the means to your ends.
Apologise from your heart and Malaysians will embrace you.
Otherwise, there is no reason to trust you if you can’t own up to the wrongs against Malaysians while you were in absolute power. We watched Malaysia spiral done the chasm of racism during your time. We lived it.
Now Najib has just taken over from you and just part of the regime you created over your 22 years.
Change if you truly want change and if you want us to change how we think of you.

Dave Copper

Ops Lalang, you can’t help but people will ask questions pertaining to the event when both you Tun, and LKS are sitting on stage.
Ops Lalang was the racial tensions you created to solidify your status and BN’s status.
But now that you are no longer in BN, you still try to create it via your proxy: Perkasa.
Recently the dumb-ass Perkasa president Ibrahim Ali threatened that his organization would “declare a war” if the government were to recognize the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC).
He said over his dead body would anyone attempt to put other languages on the same level as the status of Bahasa Malaysia.
Wait a minute! Let’s rewind a bit, who said they want other languages to be on the same level as the status of Bahasa Malaysia? They only wanted UEC to be recognised, that’s all.
The Dumbass asserted: “We don’t want to see the status of Islam, Malay and bumiputra culture on the same level as that of other religions and cultures,”
Wait a minute! Let’s rewind again, who said the recognition of UEC is equivalent to putting the status of Islam, Malay and bumiputra culture on the same level as that of other religions and cultures.
UEC is about education, it has nothing to do with religions, status and culture.
Also, who the hell is Ibrahim to imply that status of Islam, Malay and bumiputra culture is above other religions and cultures?
UEC has already been recognized internationally by top-ranking institutions such as the California Institute of Technology, Harvard University, Oxford University, University of Cambridge, University of Toronto, University of Tokyo, National University of Singapore, University of Hong Kong, University of Melbourne, Peking University and Kyoto University.
All of the above universities ranks higher than all of Malaysia’s universities, UEC is not on the same status as STPM, it is above it.
So, who the hell is Ibrahim? He is Tun’s protégé, sorry, but my vote is for BN.
If over his dead body was his wish, I wish him dead.

I can't help but to suspect that both commentators are Chinese.

Probably they are youths too.

They seemed quite unhappy with Dr Mahathir over what he did with race relations during his premiership and later on when he associated himself with Malay pressure group Perkasa.

I might be wrong but all these made me think that there are many who hate BN and Umno but also hate Dr Mahathir.

I actually met a very prominent anti-BN author recently and he said he can't accept Dr Mahathir as the opposition leader.

The guy is a middle aged Chinese.

Based on what Dr Mahathir wrote, it seemed that even the younger ones don't seem to really like him very much.

Bear in mind that the root cause of

Operation Lalang

is Chinese education.

Dr Mahathir looks popular among the mostly Chinese students when he visited UTAR a few years ago

The Pribumi Bersatu youth wing may make up a huge bulk of the party's membership but those are Malays.

Their thinking is different from the young Chinese.

Bear in mind that Chinese youths were the driving force behind DAP's overwhelming victory in 2013.

If they are unhappy that Pakatan is led by Dr Mahathir, then I believe DAP may not do as well as 2013 this time around.

That will be very bad for Pakatan.

Maybe MCA's Liow Tiong Lai's rather funny insistence over the past weeks that the Chinese are beginning to return some of their support to BN is not so laughable anymore.

I think Pakatan leaders need to rethink their strategy if this is true. Without a more enthusiastic support from the Chinese community, they may be surprised by BN in areas where five years ago it's impossible for the ruling coalition to even touch.

Being a good opposition

I always believe that for a democracy to work, there must be a good opposition to check on the government.

For me, a good opposition is one which could articulate itself well with facts and capable of taking over the government if elected by the people.

A bad opposition is one which only capable of yelling curses in its attempt to stir up hateful emotion among the people by playing on their sentiments. And if given the chance to govern, they can't do it.

Still, there must be an opposition, because otherwise those in power tend to abuse it with impunity.

That's why, even back then when I was going all out helping the team of former Johor MB TS Abdul Ghani Othman, I still managed to make friends with some of the opposition people in the state.

The ones I like most among them was a group of young Pas leaders, because they seemed quite smart and proper.

They were not the kafir mengkafir type.

I haven't met them for a while now, but back then we were quite chummy.

The guys are however now with Amanah, as they belong to the professionals team ousted in the Pas election in 2015.

One of them is Dzulkefly Ahmad.

He is now the Johor Amanah deputy chairman.

He's really a nice guy and seemed quite sincere to me.

Yesterday a journalist friend forwarded his statement on housing in Johor to me. He said his bosses would most probably not publish it.

I think Dzulkefly argued the issue quite well in the statement, and even gave some reasonable suggestions.

So, for today, rather than letting his statement goes to waste, I decided to publish it in full here.

For me, it's a good example of being a good opposition

22 November 2017

Gondrong's message for the coming Umno general assembly

(Annie's note : Gondrong said he doesn't mind being criticised. However, I hope those who disagree with him will not resort to extreme vulgarities or being seditious in the comments section. Thank you.)

GUEST BLOGGER

By Gondrong

A little extra problem for Johor BN

No new post by my guest bloggers the past few days.

Hmmmm.....

Never mind, I think I better write a bit instead.

Just want to comment a little on this post by Rocky;

Syed Hamid is Mahathir's latest weapon against Najib, really?

For me the worst that Syed Hamid did to BN back then was this;

excerpts -

He was also the Cabinet minister who in 2008 ordered the detention of the Sin Chew Daily journalist under the now-abolished Internal Security Act "for her own safety".

I believe that contributed a lot to the build up of the 2013 Chinese tsunami.

I remember very well the night when the Sin Chew girl was arrested as I received numerous angry messages from my Chinese friends, particularly those working with the Chinese press.

I also remember Syed Hamid's funny nickname among pro-opposition supporters at that time.

They called him Kodomo Lion, which was the mascot of a child dental and health care products brand name.

They were actually mocking him because his father Syed Jaafar Albar's nickname was Singa Umno (Lion of Umno).

I actually met Syed Hamid quite a lot in the early 2000s.

Personally, I don't mind him so much those days.

He was quite nice to me back then.

My opinion of him however turned a bit negative after the Sin Chew girl arrest incident.

That one was really stupid.

Anyway, that was almost a decade ago.

Now it seems that Syed Hamid may join the anti-BN people.

This is the headline of RPK's Malaysia Today;

Syed Hamid Abandons Najib, now supports Mahathir

It was actually a story by Free Malaysia Today titled; Syed Hamid wants the 1MDB issue answered in Parliament.

I suspect that it has something to do with him being very sore after removed as SPAD chairman recently.

Well, really,

I think if he was really so against Najib purely based on principles, he should have joined Dr Mahathir's team from the start and quit his government post without waiting for them to push him out.

Now is a bit late, I think.

Nonetheless, as other people say; better late than never.

The more important question now is; how much damage can he contributes against BN if he really joins up with the opposition?

Bear in mind that he has yet to say outright that he's joining them, okay.

What ever it is, let's just assume the most extreme scenario.

Well, Syed Hamid was the MP of Kota Tinggi for five terms from 1990 to 2013.

He was still leading the Kota Tinggi BN machinery in the 2013 general election even though he was not named as a candidate to defend his long held seat.

He actually did well as Kota Tinggi remained an Umno and BN stronghold despite the advances made by the opposition in Johor that year.

This was among things pointed out in this article;

excerpts;

BN even increased its majority in 2013 at similar constituencies such as Mersing where it won by 15,747, an increase from 13,763 in 2008; Tenggara by 17,169 from 14,049; and Kota Tinggi by 24,574 from 18,961.

Syed Hamid was only replaced by Daing Malek as Kota Tinggi Umno division chief later that year.

Before that, he was considered as one of the more influential Johor Umno warlords at the same level as TS Muhyiddin Yassin, TS Shahrir Samad, the late TS Mohamed Rahmat and a few others from his generation.

As far as I know,  Syed Hamid's influence at the grassroots level used to be very strong in Kota Tinggi, Pengerang and parts of Tenggara.

However, things may have changed now that he no longer holds any political or government post.

Still, it would not be such a good news for Johor BN if Syed Hamid suddenly turns around and says he's contesting Kota Tinggi for GE14 under Pribumi Bersatu.

Even though I expect his chances of winning to be slim, it will cause additional problems for Johor BN.

It would even signalled that even the previously BN's safe outright Malay-majority constituencies on the Johor eastern seaboard are no longer as safe as they used to be.

That's because the opposition has found a real leader to carry out their assault there.

At the very least, Johor BN would have to divert some of its extra resources to the area instead of focusing them at critical areas, especially in the north and south of the state.

Well, I believe the team of MB DS Mohamed Khaled Nordin is already making preparations for this eventuality.

Or are they?

Well, let's just wait and see.

Can we get rid of the Datukship and such?

GUEST BLOGGER

By Tyler

Recently, my former boss was conferred with a Datukship from Perak.

I'm not sure on what ground did he receive it for.

It's not like he had done something great or sacrificed his life or limbs for the country or something like that.

On top of that, the guy is a scumbag, who is running the organisation that he led to the ground.

He got no talent whatsoever except for kissing the ass of the higher-ups, back stabbing even his closest friends to further his career and totally only care about himself.

He even cheated on his wife...or wives, I think.

When someone like that was conferred with Datukship, it makes me wonder why should we be bothered to call people with their honorific titles or even treat them with extra courtesy.

After all, these days, almost anyone can get those titles and it's no secret that we can actually lobby or buy those titles from "connected" people.

This 29-year-old hoodlum got Datuk Seri
And titles such as having a fake Datukship seem to be the current rage for some with big bucks to spend.

The other day, the Johor cops smashed a Datuk-for-sale syndicate with the arrests of two people.

Read:

http://m.themalaymailonline.com/malaysia/article/johor-police-bust-ring-selling-fake-titles

http://epaper.mmail.com.my/2017/11/16/fake-datukship-ring-busted/

From the news reports, there is definitely a market for people to shell out RM150,000 for a Datuk and RM280,000 for a Datuk Seri.

Ridiculous amount of money, really.

Personally, I feel sad that the victims were actually the ones who were depended on such titles to make themselves feel important, creating a market for such things.

Well, maybe they thought that those titles would help in their businesses or entitle them to receive special treatment.

But I still feel its unnecessary due to such things being a false perception.

Whatever it is, this whole thing makes me think, are we heading in the proper direction as a nation where we have to give special treatment to people with Datuk or Tan Sri or what ever titles there is in front of their name?

They probably just bought it off from somewhere and we, like stupid, have to bow and scrape to them.

I really wish we can get rid of all these nonsense.

Why can't we instead treat each other with the same respect and courtesy and call each other Mr or Mrs or Miss or Encik or Puan?

What's wrong with just that?

Guys, please don't bully my guest bloggers

Received this via WhatsApp from my guest blogger Lebai Sudin just now,

Hi annie…

Itulah pasal aku malas nak tulis.. aku tulis perkara betul pengalaman aku, hang punya pembaca tafsir/pusing ikut politik. Aku bukan kutuk bas mini, aku cerita pengalaman masa bas mini dan pengalaman masa MRT.. kalau ke Bangsar tentulah aku naik LRT..

Aku cerita pasal kemudahan…kenapa nak diselewengkan.

So apa masalah dia orang ini.

I believe Lebai Sudin was referring to comments such as these at his post;

From Bas Mini to MRT

Lebai Sudin, Annie's guest blogger is only trying to highlight Najib's big ACHIEVEMENTS as orderd by big boss,Mat Maslan the 3.85 gpa. Unfortunately, by mentioning BASMINI as comparison to MRT, you people got lost with nostalgic memories of "Those were the daysss..............." (sight).
Hehehe....kesian Lebai Sudin sebab dia mengharapkan kita semua berbangga dan mengutuk bas mini.

Lebai Sardine, its jus a cheap write up.. nmpak sngat your intentions..
get real bro...

Come on guys, can you not bully my guest blogger like that.

I'm trying very hard not to censor your comments.

I'm also trying to keep this blog alive by inviting my friends to write here.

Please bear in mind that my friends are not like me.

With me, you all can whack me all you want because I really don't give a shit.

With my guess bloggers, please be a bit more considerate.

Really. Lebai Sudin was not trying to campaign for Najib or anyone when he wrote how happy he was with the MRT.

I believe him.

Anyway, you all please just hang on until I finished my serious stuff at work, okay.

Then I can write here properly again and you all can enjoy whacking me again.

For now, please restrain yourselves a bit and just take my guest bloggers' postings at face value.

Please ya.

Hopefully, Lebai Sudin will write again.

Thank you.

From Bas Mini to MRT

GUEST BLOGGER

By Lebai Sudin

Salam sejahtera..

Minggu lepas tuan punya blog ni minta aku menulis sesuatu. Aku jawab, nanti aku cubalah.

Aku kata best..sebab dulu aku pengguna tegar bas mini.

Bayar 50 sen..naiklah sampai mana.. tapi macam-macam bau ada..hapak, tengik, masam..entah apa lagi baunya.. hari-hari naik bas mini macam sardin..

“Belakang-belakang..masuk-masuk.. dalam-dalam.. jerit tukang tiket tak kira dia tu lelaki atau perempuan..sama saja..menjerit..ramainya perempuan..

Kalau time peak hours..aku naik lemas dalam bas mini.. kena pula hujan..adui..mahu pengsan berhimpit-himpit.

Kali pertama, seorang gadis beri isyarat minta aku ambil tempat duduknya.

Apa pun, aku suka MRT kerana memudahkan aku.

Terima kasih kepada yang menyediakan perkhidmatan ini.

Don't rely on others, they got priorities

I'm actually a bit disappointed.

I was hoping to take a break from blogging for a while because of my work.

For the meantime, I was relying on my friends to help me keep this blog going.

I had called up all my friends, whom I knew can write to contribute.

Unfortunately, after a week, only Ani and Gondrong had sent me something to publish.

Ani is not a writer but she's quite a good story teller.

Well, I actually sort of forced her to write that post about her autistic son and the barber. I'm not really sure why she was very reluctant to write it for me.

Gondrong used to be an excellent writer with quite some fearsome opinions . However, the stuff that he sent me so far were rather tame.

But, I don't blame him as he may get in trouble if he writes the way he used to. The guy is very mellow these days.

Whatever it is, I'm grateful to Ani and Gondrong for their effort to help me.

At least they tried.

However, I don't feel like imposing on them anymore.

I know now that I can't rely on friends for these sorts of things.

They got other priorities.

If I want to keep this blog alive, I have to do it on my own.

Well, in life, it actually boils down on ourselves to take care of ourselves.

You simply can't rely on anyone else.

Husbands, boyfriends, wives, girlfriends....they tend to cheat on you..or get bored of you.

Children....they'll probably forget you once they have their own life...or feel that you are actually a burden to them.

Friends....if you are lucky, you just can't rely on them....if you are unlucky, they'll backstab, manipulate, and take advantage of you.

I know, it's dark, but that's the realities of life.

Okay, I'm actually in a foul mood now.

Slept about 1am only to wake up at 3.30am. Now it's 6.13am.

I'm always cranky when I don't get enough sleep.

So troublesome.

Well, I'm still struggling with my work.

Once I'm done with it I will try to write here properly again.

See lah how.

Ciao.

The silent killers which may trigger a Malay tsunami

GUEST BLOGGER

By Gondrong

PRU14 akan berlangsung tahun depan. Itu kata Timbalan Perdana Menteri, Dato' Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi. Bulan Mac agaknya iaitu ketika cuti sekolah.

Melayu, where are you going?

GUEST BLOGGER

By Gondrong

Soalan-soalan pembuka gelangang kepada orang Melayu.

Kek ekonomi negara sudah sebesar mana agaknya? Bagaimana pembahagiannya ?

Sebahagian besar kaum Cina terus bergerak laju menguasai sebahagian besar kek ekonomi.

Autism friendly barber

GUEST BLOGGER

By Ani

Kawan saya Annie mintak saya menulis diblognya ini buat sementara waktu sebab dia kata dia perlu take a break from blogging.

So, saya cuba lah ni.

Untuk permulaaan biar lah saya bercerita perkara yang paling dekat dihati saya yaitu mengenai anak-anak saya.

Untuk kali ini saya nak cerita mengenai anak saya Mikail, who is with autism.

Sejak kecil lagi Mikail ni memang sukar to get his hair cut.

Gunting lah macam mana pun asal kan pendek, sambil dia main air.

Masa berlalu, his papa jadi his personal barber.

Tapi punyalah lama this personal barber wanna cut his hair...

Apabila rambut Mikail nak digunting, setiap kali itulah handphone ditangannya sambil menyanyi lagu-lagu daripada Greenday, Simple Plan, soundtrack from video games.

Mama Mikail ni dah mula pening, aduhai.. dah sampai kedai tutup pulak mesti Mikail tak "settle" ni.

Betul sangkaan saya. Dalam kereta Mikail sentiasa menyebut "mama, rambut".. "mama, rambut"..

Macam mana nak buat ni.

Sesi memujuk "kita makan roti canai dulu ye, nanti kita pergi gunting rambut, cut your hair"..okey sekejap sebab makan roti canai.

Habis makan sebut lagi.. "kita balik dulu, mama sembahyang maghrib dulu, lepas tu kita get your hair cut".

.. mesti tak settle juga, mula tantrum sebab routine dah lari..

Saya pun scrolled FB sebab tak silap ada like page barber shop tu.

Sent message : "kedai tutup ke?"

Barber Eim "dah tutup kak, saya sekarang kerja part time kat kedai lain di fasa 3, tak boleh hidup lah kak, customer ramai yang keluar, sesekali je ada customer, saya whatsapp akak"

Barber Eim : "saya buat mobile gunting rambut kak, esok akak datanglah kedai yang saya kerja part time ni, orang kat sana okey"

Saya : "tak boleh, esok akak dah nak balik Kuantan".

Barber Eim : "kalau macam tu malam ni saya datang rumah mak akak, boleh share location?"

Saya : "ha??? Jauh tu Eim dah malam pulak"

Sementara menunggu Barber Eim, Mikail masih lagi menyebut "mama, rambut".. "mama, hair"..

Maklumat semua ada kat sini;

Itu saja lah untuk kali ini.

Terima kasih kerana sudi membaca.
