No retreat, no surrender, stupid shit, why should I bother

It's raining heavily again where I am now.

Hopefully it's not going to be another major flood like end of last year.

I think we Malaysians can do without more problems for now.

Yesterday PM DS Najib Razak who is also the Umno president offered peace to his critics.

I wished he had offered it in a softer way.

Somehow I don't feel the peace offered will be accepted.

On Najib's side, his people are not showing that they are really keen on it too.

The shots continue to be fired from both directions.

The pro-Najib's side feel they had won and assert that peace should be on their term while the rebels don't seem to give a shit because they feel they got nothing to lose anymore.

Then, as someone mentioned it to me, the cut was so deep that it's very hard or even impossible to heal.

Too many bad words had been said and too many bad things had been done to each other.

Both sides seem to be saying what Najib said yesterday.

No retreat. No surrender.

This will go on until the next general election.

It is very much like the run-up to the 2008 general elections.

In the end, BN and Umno will have to suffer at the polls.

In 2008, they lost the two third majority.

This time, the possibility of them to totally lose everything is very real.

Bear in mind that the general election before the one in 2008 was won by BN and Umno with a landslide.

In 2013, they barely made it through and even lost the popular votes.

Still they feel they can afford to be arrogant and fight among themselves, believing the people will still continue to vote them in.

Honestly, I'm meluat (disgusted) too.

Maybe it's time for me to reconsider my position as a blogger.

Maybe I should do other things.

Start a new hobby or something.

There's that book I'm working on. Maybe I should concentrate on it instead of pointlessly trying to help people who can't be helped.

Why should I care if they want to tear themselves apart?

Ya, just let them be.

They are not worth it to be saved.

Untuk long-distant guna highway, moto-besar, ok lah. Dalam musim hujan ni, leceh sikit. Belengas kasut dan seluar.

  2. Take it easy Annie. Everyone is disgusted, but if we give up, do you think they will feel anything? Its us the losers. And even if we are, still we do not give up. This is the spirit we should all cherished. Just because people do not agree with us, it does not mean we are wrong.
By the way, i do agree that if DSN dont go, and i meant now, BN will lose. I still havent changed my mind on voting the opposition his time around. Yes, they lie, are racist, stupid and unqualified. But thats the only way to drive the message to DSN. He's simply overstayed his welcome.

    1. Yes...Vote for Mat Sabu's PAN. A vote for PAN is also a vote for DAP and Nepotism, which is fertile breeding ground for Cronyism.

    2. Yes, good idea. Thanks! You are correct that they are breeding grounds for Cronyism and Nepotism etc etc. but it's my vote.

    3. I agree. It's your vote but your decision, albeit singular, might bring about huge implication on the fate of Malaysians.

  7. maybe we should just stop talking politics and let the goverment run the country...we are all interfering with their work right now..our PM has vowed to never let the people and the country down. of all the PM ...najib is the only one who dare to bersumpah about many things ...altantunya....anwar liwat case...1mdb....2.6b donation....he is the only one who is actually working and doing his best to take malaysia forward...the others esp tun m n his gang of merriment as well as opposition is still stuck with 1mdb (which isdoing well now) n 2.6b (which is really from Arab royalty to fund the election n other ngo causes..not even duit rakyat pun)...if people dont have anything better to say or contribute to the government than they should just shut their fucking mouths...may Allah blessed our PM, the rakyat n our country.

    2. Betul juga. Mungkin Najib dah insaf & bertaubat.

Harap Najib ambil tindakan jimat cermat.
      - Kurangkan gaji sendiri & Menteri, Consultant & Penasihat.
      - Kurangkan lawatan keluar Negara.
      - Berhenti terpekik-melolong ketika beri ucapan.

  10. syukur alhamdulillah that you have finally accepted the reality. najib and his followers will have their final say di akhirat nanti. oops! do they believe in akhirat? at the rate they are going, you know playing firaun roles, they make the rakyat suffer and unhappy. i pity those macik2 holding placards kami sayang najib. tolonglah don't use these groups, macik2 and pacik2 to do that.

Tapi aku tertarik dg satu tulisan dlm Sinar "Kita berdiri dipihak yg mana?" tulisan Dr.Awang Mat Puteh. Satu tulisan yg paling berani.

Apakah org Melayu miskin keberanian?

Seterusnya ia menyatakan "Fenomena ini amat menakjubkan terutamanya untuk sebuah negara yg telah melahirkan ramai golongan cerdik pandai Melayu semenjak merdeka. Tetapi sayang yg bersuara lantang bukannya teknokrat ataupun sarjana lulusan Oxford, bukannya pula mereka yg kuat menjerit "Hidup Melayu" pd perhimpunan agung tahunan parti politik, tetapi seorang negarawan 90 tahun dan srikandi muda dari Langkawi."

"Mana teguran alim ulama berjubah Arab yg lantang bersyarah siang dan malam dikaca televisyen mengenai amal maaruf nahi mungkar"

Dr Awang Mat Putih tidak mempunyai jawaban, katanya "mungkin ramai yg takut.Tetapi persoalanya, apa yg hendak ditakuti?Ingatlah kata Pramoedya Ananta Toer, dlm hidup kita cuma satu yg kita punya, iaitu keberanian.

  17. Just contemplate these likely GE14 scenarios in many seats all over:
    1) BN(UMNO) vs PKR vs PAS = who wins?
    2) BN(UMNO) vs AMANAH vs PAS = who wins?
Don't even consider some of the DAP's seats won by marginal majority votes.

    'Nuff said....

  18. It used to be that votes breakdown are in 1/3 government, 1/3 opposition and 1/3 neutral. The way things are going, it is now probably at 1/10 government, 1/3 opposition and the rest neutrals, who are more inclined to vote the opposition or stay at home. Apart from their paid ranks (ministers, ketua bahagians, bloggers), the rest of UMNO are scared stiff.
