We were writing about the same land acquisition issue.

Well, now it looks like they don't care for his advice at all. .
A journalist friend forwarded these screenshots to me yesterday afternoon.
For the record, Sime Darby Plantation has filed a judicial review application to stop the compulsory acquisition of its affected land.
These people and the Melaka government don't seemed to care about that too, and really just wanted to bulldoze the whole thing through.
Once they got power, people really become crazy.
What about Bukit Cagar? Have you got some smart comments about that ? Takut kat soltan kot? Tunjuklah keberanian dan kejujuran sikit la.

DeleteCerita ni kalo tak terbongkar dalam pemerintahan PH memang la takde wayang. Yang dapat tanah akan terus buat duit.Kerajaan buat projek kena keluar belanja tinggi dari duit rakyat.Itu lah jalan cerita nya kalo takde wayang.

DeleteToday the Johore land grab fiasco has escalated into a Tun M vs Johore Sultan issue. And at the Perpaduan Ummah rally last weekend we see banners " TMJ teruskan perjuangan".

I will definitely write about the situation in Johor as it's my beloved home state. For now I have to highlight this Melaka issue first as not many seemed to care about it. For the record, I'm against anyone taking anything belonging to the ordinary people.
DeleteYes....write about Johor land grabbing, Annie. Bandar Maharani 153 hecters, Endau, Mersing....etc. Gelang Patah, Pontian toksah ceritalah. Imagine if 700 thosands Cina PRC live in the forest, garden and other land grabbing cities. In say 10 years time, jumlah bertambah, double or triple. In 20 yrs time already more than a billion. Semua dapat kerakyatan dan boleh mengundi. Cuma org tak lulus Srp je tak boleh pikir benda ni. The PRC got ridd of their Ching Dinasty after world war 11. The last emperor died a pauper in jail. Tak ke terfikir, they can do the same thing here..? At that time, takda lagi stupid anak cucu Melayu nak berdemo dijalanraya. Semua sudah kembali jadi org laut except for a few pembodek tegar. Tengok raja-raja di India sudah. Ramai yg duduk tepi istana nasing-masing. Istana sudah jadi hotel 5 stars.

DeleteThis melaka case have gone to the court. So, what is the issue? Let the court and the system handle this matter.
So the rule of laws applies in the case of Melaka.
What about in Johor?
I use to go the Bukit Chagar pasar malam 10 years ago.
We have lands has been transferred here and there.
Is there any accountability? Is there any rule of law in Johor?
Unless you just want to dig up dirt. I do not see the issue in Melaka but I do see we that we have serious issue in Johor.
This Melaka case is not yet in court. SDP had only filed its application for judicial review and the state government via its land office is trying to rush the land acquisition before it gets to the court. That's what I'm trying to tell you all at this post. Please read carefully. It took me over a month of checking on this one before I wrote about it. As for the Johor issue, I have been writing about it since long ago but not many gave it a shit back then. Now everyone making a noise because it suit their political agenda. It's now not really about land grab but more about undermining the Johor palace. I'll write in more details later. Sabar la sikit.

Any time unknown people could transfer billions into your account and change land titles to your name without your knowledge and get you into trouble when the government change.
