I had dinner with my mother last night.
It was the first time I met her ever since I went to JB a month ago.
My father was not around. He was busy as usual and could not joined us.
We met up at the shopping mall near where my parents stay in Subang Jaya.
My mother had salads while I had a cheese burger.
She is the healthy conscious type, while I am just the type who considers food merely as fuel to keep on going.
My mother actually looks much younger than her age and a lot of people had mistaken her as my elder sister whenever we hanged out together.
But, the dinner last night was a bit tense.....ok, it was actually QUITE tense.
I am not going into details because what we talked about was private.
Suffice to say that we did not agree with a lot of things over the outcome of GE13.
My mother is a Chinese and she supports DAP as she believes the party and its allies could improve the country from what it is now.
As for me, I am half Chinese half Malay who supports BN and thinks that DAP is promoting chauvinism by exploiting Chinese sentiments while its allies are bigger crooks than the biggest of crooks in BN.
However, we managed to talk without raising our voice.
My mother told me that she is worried that I may get arrested for my postings in this blog these past few days.
I told her not to worry. My blog is just a new insignificant anonymous blog with very small readership. I don't think the authorities want to shut me off just because I'm venting a bit in my little blog.
After all, Malaysia is still under BN, so I guess there is still freedom of expression.
Anyway, if the authorities really want to crackdown on racialist publications, then they would have to first close down all the Chinese newspapers which had been harping on racial sentiments these past years in their effort to create the Chinese tsunami.
I know, there's that Utusan newspaper labeled by DAP and its allies as a Malay extremist publication. Now, how many Chinese newspapers are there in this country? None of them ever promoted Chinese extremist views?
Also, there are also all those people who posted all sorts of racial stuff in their Facebook and twitter. The authorities need to catch them too.
And as we are at it, why not catch all those politicians who instigate members of a certain community by telling them that they are 2nd class citizen so that they hate the "corrupted" Malay-led BN government.
Well, never mind, I think we all know that such thing will never happen.
At the end of our dinner, my mother held my hand.
It soothed my anger a lot.
She seldom offers such gesture now that I'm an adult.
And when she later on kissed me good night, I know that she still loves me....despite me now being occasionally a bit of a Malay racist.
Good morning Annie,
ReplyDeleteA good friend sent me a link to your blog. We had been debating long and hard regarding the outcome of GE13, the so called Chinese tsunami and the relations between the races in our country. We are both equally concerned, even as we look at it from different sides of the political divide.
Much of what I read shocked me. Shook me even. So much anger. In particular , the loss of MB Ghani . Some comments by other readers gave a rather sinister motive for this. Race. Wanting to take over this country. Disloyal. Betrayal. Seriously?
I can't speak for everyone else. I voted for the first time this GE, and I voted opposition. I voted PR because I see them doing a decent job in Penang & Selangor (where I live). Not bad for a first time, I might add. I felt they deserved a chance , that there are viable alternatives to BN which has grown increasingly out of touch with many urban voters like myself.
You have every right to be angry. There is much anger in our country today, and for so many different reasons. I would just like to offer a contrarian view of why the tsunami has happened. That's all. Peace
I live in Selangor too and I actually deplore the way Selangor is managed now.
DeleteMy area used to be the best. Best road, best garden, good rubbish collection.
Now the roads are full of potholes and cracks. The rubbish collection was horibble, even though it is getting better now. The playgrounds and gardens are not well maintained. Maybe some part was not even maintained.
We send complains to local council, and they come to clean it up but after that we don't see them until our next complain.
The local council workers sleep during working hours. They slept every where even at the road side!
The Chinese eateries are taking over the limited parking space by putting their tables. Their customers then start parking the cars haphazardly causing 2 lanes to become one.
The massage parlours also mushroomed in my area. There are 3 budget hotels nearby.. you can book by the hour I think.
As a Selangorian, I'm not happy with PR management of my area for the last 5 years. I hope they will buck up now that they are still in power.
Don't worry, I will let them do their job without doing demo or wear orange or show Selangor flag upside down. That's the difference between a rational and irrational rakyat.
In all fairness, how do you rationalize they did a good job in Penang and Selangor? Investment was down in Penang, rocketing property costs, collapsing basic services, lousy water supply in Selangor, mushrooming social problems plus massage parlours in Selangor, constant political bickering even today post GE, questionable deals
Delete( read sPice, unwatered tunnel) etc etc.
To say that you based your preference on performance is laughably pathetic. You may point to increased state coffers but do remember the asset holdings portion would be based on 2013 estimations not 2008, so of course what was 800m in 2008 would now look 1.2b. OIC, you probably don't understand economics.
Whatever, quit trying to sell your drivel, KOOL AID here. Why not you just come outta your closet and say it loud and clear that you just love pompous, chauvinist and racist PRicks and hate the Malays for whatever psycho problem in you.
Warrior 231
I live in PJ. I wonder what decent job the Dap are doing that you speak so glowingly about? Rubbish, potholes, areas not maintained well, illegal parking because lack of mbpj enforcement. Mind you i live in an elite area but it is like living in Cheras or Seputeh now. The local council is doing a lousy lousy job. 2 thumbs down for the PR govt in Selangor. If I dont see the DUN (that i didn't vote for) doing his job i'm going to make a lot of noise.
DeleteWhy more than 2/3 people vote for PR in SELANGOR & penang? Of course there are some still opposed and you 3 stooges have the right to say and we allow you to say. So when people vote PR, you made it into a racist and religious matter.
DeleteThose 2/3 people who voted for Pakatan knows no better than the rest who didn't. Just because they voted and Pakatan won does not mean it's right or more popular. Anyone can say what they want. Who are you to say that you allow it or not? What's wrong with you? Can't you read? I see nothing in the 3 comments as being racist or religious in any nature.
DeleteAgain i ask, can't you read? They were commenting on the state of management in Selangor. There's nothing racist or religious about that.
Or is it because they dare to complain about your precious Pakatan.
Get off your high horse. Paranoid.
Nothing racists then how and why BCL come about? Get off your high horse. Paranoid
DeleteI see that you still can't read and a bit ADD because you can't concentrate and keep in topic. Now BCL?
DeletePitiful but you just proved my point. Point being idiots abound in Pakatan Rakyat.
It's kind of funny when the so called "liberal Malays" on Twitter are rallying behind their Chinese friends - saying they are not racist bla bla bla. I doubt these people have enough Chinese friends to make such judgement.
ReplyDeleteBeing a mixed blood myself, almost all my friends are Chinese, and for the last few years, they were posting racial stuff on FB on almost daily basis. Things got really bad on the day before Utusan made the headlines.
Right now they are playing the victim card that really pissed me off even more.
It is unfortunate that you have friends who behave that way. No excuses for that sort of behaviour. No excuses for inflammatory headlines in Utusan either, I should add.
DeleteBut to be fair, not everyone are like those "friends" of yours. Have you considered that perhaps those "liberal Malays" have friends who are more sensible and not bigots like yours?
Anon 11:48,
DeleteMaybe the right question to ask you is "Do you support all the racist statements made by the Chinese newspapers all these years"?
Yes or No?
No need to bring Utusan, urban Malays, liberal Malays or 10% Chinese whatever. Stop hiding behind others. Just answer the question.
If your answer is "NO", then my next question is did you write to the newspapers to ask them to stop? Did you talk about muhibbah to them?
If your answer "YES", then congratulations for being honest for the first time in your life.
Why UMNO Government did not withdraw the chinese newspaper printing licence? They can't withdraw, because there is no racial matters unlike NST, Utusan and Komos which belongs to Umno
DeleteLikewise, as a voter in Subang Jaya - I am very pleased by our representatives here - their involvement in the community and the way they're able to connect to people.
ReplyDeleteWhich I found very lacking in the BN candidates placed here by their sheer absence. They only appeared during the polls - that too via buntings and posters with outstretched arms.
I'm not a fan of a select number of individuals in PR (due to their excessive politic-ing) but overall I'm very impressed at how they have run Selangor over the last 5 years.
...Selangor darul masat B2b...la last five year another 5 Selangor jadi numero uno prc land
DeleteI wonder.. is this the new tactic of the Red Bean Army? Start singing praises of PR Govt of Penang and Selangor?
DeleteThe first comment was as such. Now a second one.
Hemmmmmm.......
In pro PR blogs too, I get similar comments when I voice certain grievances about the PR govt - That I'm a BN cybertrooper, etc. One of the more recent issue is the fiasco and jostling for MB seat in Selangor which is really disappointing and embarrassing. Other's have asked me what race I am, as if to reinforce a certain racial stereotype.
DeleteWe should be able to have a civil discussion without labels and name calling. It's not like one side is flawed while the other is perfect. It's upto us to point/voice it out so that we have the best representation in the country.
Yes, I've noticed a lot of comments from actual cybertrooper teams - just purely intended to sway the discussion and turn it into a name calling fest - let us be better and above that kind of politics.
Your mum is still your mum Annie. Family comes first. Its Mother's day tomorrow, you know what to do kan:)) Don't worry about the whatever tsunami lah..everything will be alright at the end..BN did win the election so lets look forward to a BN Gomen under Najib..lets move on.
ReplyDeleteYou are right eddy, we have to move on.
DeleteBut I am also no longer the same person. I will always remember what they did to Datuk Ghani in Gelang Patah.
"I always remember.." Yes.. that the way. Bila dah tengok sendiri baru kita tau betapa racistnya DAP. My worry is the young peoples or the newcomer. They are so idolised with big good jargons words. Look at Anon 11.07 comment (a 1st timer). Did he ever realised what BN has done for the country - Racial Harmony & Development etc before someone else just cuci kaki and masuk rumah claiming all the good things?
DeleteI always remember MCA give up its fight and surrender the seat for others in Gelang Patah.
DeleteAnnie, you are not "occasionally a bit of a Malay racist".....but a full blown racist !! You give bad names to all our Malay brothers and sisters. Shame on you !!
ReplyDeleteHow I wish I'm a full blown racist like you all DAP cybertroopers. You really think it matter anymore that anyone calls me a racist after what the Chinese tried to do during GE13? People like me don't give a crap anymore to such labels. Especially if such labels are given by Chinese racists like you.
DeleteAs long as Kit Siang and Hannah Yeoh keep spewing the words racist at every turn. We just let their wishes come true. Melayu bangsa yang lemah lembut. Racist Chauvinist yang tak tahu berhenti mendesak menjadikan lebih ramai Melayu racis. Tidak ada shame Annie.
Deleteand you or anyone should be ashamed too if you support racist chinese like LKS and his DAP goon..buat malu org malaysia.
DeleteSince they love to call us "racist, racist, racist!".. maybe we should be one.
DeleteEven if we act decent, they still call us racist. Ghani Othman moderate way is called racist-at-heart by a clearly-racist DAP leaders. DAP supporters are spewing "racists" accusations non-stop for the past 5 (maybe more) years.
I think the only people who worked with the Chinese will know what a truly racist behaviour is.
"People like me don't give a crap anymore to such labels. Especially if such labels are given by Chinese racists like you."
DeleteMe three! Count me in. I don't give a rat's felopian tube if anyone calls me a racist. Basic law of physics, man. Suck on it, DAP shits.
Three - Trinity or Stooges?
DeleteSame here. Call me a racist. Dont give crap already too. Damn I also stop going to chinese kopitiam since last pru 13. So irritated I cant even look at the face of chinese in malaysia. I really wish all of them just migrate and live elsewhere as it will never be a true muhibbah between malay and chinese.. even after 55 years. SO.. now Wish fulfilled. You want racist Malay. You got racist Malay Now even more racist malay after you have proven to us that you are indeed, a bunch of opportunistic, two face, racist chinese to the core. (90% of chinese). So I assume, when everyone said chinese from now on, they are referring to the 90% ungrateful chinese in malaysia. Including the so called malaysian chineses who are brought into malaysia from hongkong, taiwan, china just to vote for DAP to increase the chinese vote.
DeleteIf they are two faces, then you are three - Trinity and 3 stooges, 3 amigoes
Deletenot just them..count me in...I AM A MUSLIM MALAY AND YES..I AM A RACIST MALAY TO THE CORE..WILL DEFEND MY COUNTRY TILL MY LAST BREATH FOR MY RELIGION AND MY RACE...EAT SHIT DAPSTERS..
DeleteIn regard to MB Ghani's loss in Gelang Patah, there are several reasons. Many voters look at BN's tacit support for characters such as Ibrahim Ali & Zul Noordin, and caused many to vote against BN. Ghani paid the price for this link. Secondly, many are voting along party lines, not based on individual candidates. The clamour for change amongst new voters meant that even moderates like Ghani did not get votes.
ReplyDeleteAlasan alasan alasan
DeleteAccept the fact, the Chinese voted based on racial line in Gelang Patah. Even MCA and Gerakan members voted for DAP.
DeleteSo, cut the crap.
Anonymous11 May 2013 12:38...
Deleteyou are bull shitting everywhere....ALL CHINESE DAP are racists, the big ones being LKS and you still voted him. So what was the difference between LKS and the likes with IA and ZN?? Seriously I would want Najib to get ZN into the Cabinet...
YES! CUT THE CRAP!!
DeleteAnnie - sore loser . How many % of votes did PR win? Chinese is slightly over 50% buy gets more than 60%. So you are accusing all people vote PR for LKS are racists and UMNO are non-racist?
DeleteShut the fuck up and shove all your reasons inside your Chinese racist ass.
DeleteAnnie - she-man allows such words? BTW, still pray few times a day with such utterance? What a man!
DeleteNot only at Gelang Patah but to Ali Rustam in Melaka. Why the Malay feel betrayed? If Ali Rustam did not do anything with the fast development in Melaka I guess even Malays do not bother if he lost. I too have a mix if Chinese if Chinese will talk mandarin to me if I go to their shop. Yep, I do feel anger to the Chinese community, in fact I joined the movement Buy Chinese Last Movement. Why? Because the TRUST is not there anymore. Even in marriage, trusting each other is the most important thing. Chinese in the Southern Region was much different with the Northern because we mix and mingle together, why this harmony relationship had vanished?. Yep, it's all about politics. But in the same time I will not punish the Chinese community, not all of them have the same perceptions. An this youtube footage do mellowed down my sense of being betrayed.

ReplyDeleteaccording to Annie, anyone, particularly the chinese who didn't voted for Ghani is a moron or enemy of the state......B O D O H !!

DAP + PKR are worse corrupter than BN/UMNO..They not only corrupt with money but also corrupt the mind...and worse DAP people can count, such stupid moron also got elected, now become CM...and trade MB for land....such dirty filthy DAPs and you want these goons to run the country?????
Deletekah kah kah....DAP voters voted in morons
Hei effing idiot, there were major scandals galore in the 80s and 90s and we dint have any Chingkie bigot shouting about corruption, cronyism from the rafters back then. In fact the Chingkies were piling on the votes for BN, even shooting dead Robocop Lim Kit Siang during Operation Tanjung 2 in 1995. U can ask uncle and his Singh bastard sidekick about that.
DeleteSo why make a hue and cry about the same issue today. You see MFing DAP scum, the Chingk can see the development BN has done and are itching to take over, reap dividends while claiming credit and effing the Malays for good measure. It started with Penang 2008, where while on holiday, overheard a Chingk bastard boasting this to his PRick Malay fan
Ini Kali, Cina undi DAP punya Apa lagi mahu? BN sudah buat semua mah. Airport, jambatan dua, highway, investment sudah masuk, property sedang naik, bisnes banyak bagus.....lagi mahu tunggu apa. Kita Cina ambik dan enjoy mah
Same case in Selangor. You think before Iskandar, the filthy arsed Chingk cared two hoots about Johore? Think again now rather than crowing like some arse shafted crow with its hole jammed with a Chingk schlong, stupid piece of s#*+

Hey waria 231, where is the money to build the airport, 2nd bridge, etc. etc. etc. coming from? Taxpayers of course!
DeleteNo wonder BN people don't think!
Hei Chingkpig MFing anon 00:01

annie,
ReplyDeleteas i said don get angry...get even. chinese voters rabidly attempted to kill the malay-led bn govt, issit? of course there'll be consequences. Me, family & frens as have many like-mindd malays have embarked on BCL...la la la
equaliser
How does BCL work when the Chinese control the entire supply chain? You want a handphone, you go to a Chinese fella, you want to buy electrical appliances, all stores owned by Chinese, you want to watch a movie, you have to park in a Chinese mall (Mid Valley, One Utama, Pavillion etc) to watch a movie in a Chinese-owned cinema chain. You want to drink bubble tea, Cina puny! And how about all the Malays who needs to feed their family? Don't work in Chinese companies? You gonna feed them? Wake up, this is the 21st century. There is no such thing as Malay power. Chinese economic power controls Malaysia. Deal with it. It's not going away anytime soon. Sekian.
DeleteTel UMNO Government to quit the East Asia free trade zone. Abolish the Free trade zones in Port Klang, JB and Penang
Delete"How does BCL work when the Chinese control the entire supply chain?"
DeleteUm, dude, buta IT eh? Never heard of web stores, I take it? Cheaper, more selection. Just use the Chinese shops to browse and make a selection, and then go buy online.
The same tactic made British high street stores go kaput in droves, you know. In case you think this kind of tactic can't work. You should join the other stupid college grads who troll here and laugh your pants off. Like we give a shit. You people are going down, my main man.
Kesian betul chauvinist yang stuck in Kg Baru mentality ni.
Dude - Buy Online . They come from China. So Buy online means buy from Chinese.
DeleteIts better to buy from china chinese... if you have brains you shud start thinking why i said this.. hehehe
DeleteAnnie,
ReplyDeleteThere are several things which could have driven the Chinese to vote DAP en-bloc.
One is the ranting of Ibrahim Ali and his provocative antics.
The other is the Teoh Beng Hock issue.
I don't think it is ungratefulness to MB Ghani.
Unfortunately, racial and religious sentiments are very much a part of Malaysian political life.
On your part, you have to decide wither you want to play a part in making the situation worse or better.
Your public airing of your ongoing internal conflict does not help make the situation better.
The 13th GE is over. It's time to move on.
W
As long as DAP still spewing hatred to malays, someone need to stand up to them..... their ways!
DeleteI don't think so.
DeleteIMO the only reason they vote DAP en masse is that Anwar Ibrahim has hoodwinked them into believing PKR and PAS could fulfill their part taking votes and constituencies off BN's hands.
Ibrahim Ali doesn't even run under BN.
Teoh Beng Hock is questioned because of suspected DAP's wrong doings. Still blame BN for that? Are you Chinese all bloody idiots or something?
Are you even really IT Sheis or just another one of those masquerading idiots?
Yeah, how about no?
DeleteYou say you vote against Ibrahim Ali but then you vote the mother of all racists Lim Kit Siang? And you say Teoh Beng Hock is an UMNO/BN problem when the DAP gangsters whispered somthing into his ear to scare him enough to jump?
Tak pandai nyeeee kaum yang suka kata diri dia pandai ni.
Hello? Did Kit Siang say we must 'send Ghani back to Indonesia' or some shit like that? Well, IA & Zul has been taking all sorts of nonsense like that.
DeleteRamayana? More like Dumbayana!

ReplyDeleteyou bastard!!!!!!
That is what UMNO educate - sex video and hatred language. Still pray few times a day?
DeleteI didn't vote for Ghani. Now I guess I'm either a moron or enemy of the state, too. Well, I didn't vote because I am not from Gelang Patah. But my vote still went to a BN candidate in another constituency. Annie, are you going to treat every Malaysian Chinese like an enemy? Don't you find that tiring my dear? You are generalising ... it's like saying "all Penangites are snobs", "all Chinese are hardworking", etc etc, which I am sure you know is just NOT TRUE.
ReplyDeleteand it's not totally wrong either...if we want to move on ALL those racist prick from both side need to go..now people mention ibrahim ali and perkasa..i say LKS and DAP are even more racist and even more hypocrite..at least the malay so called racist admit their strong stand..to DEFAND malay rights..while DAP like to pusing sana pusing sini..hiding and want to prove that their not racist in the eyes of the public..when the truth is they're racist to the core and history proving it that they always want to set up a republic like country which mean malay rights and all the thing with it the history the values will lost it's important..they like to ATTACK that rights than go hiding you no like guerilla tactic..very communist style
DeleteLKS is LKS. Not every Malaysian Chinese is LKS or a DAP supporter. I saw LKS shed tears over the Rocket symbol issue. I was not moved at all. Surprised, maybe. Moved? NO. I heard PM DS Najib's speech when he was in Kolej Universiti Selatan in JB, and I was touched. Some of the Chinese who voted for DAP, I believe, just "ikut aje" what the masses were doing. But it's not like the entire Chinese community had ganged up to do "what they did to Datuk Ghani in Gelang Patah." Don't label ALL Chinese as ingrates, etc.
DeleteYes, not ALL Chinese in Gelang Patah rejected Datuk Ghani.
DeleteJust 97 PER CENT of them, including MCA and Gerakan members and all those Ghani's "old friends" from the Chinese schools, temple committees, Chinese NGOs etc who had been treated well by Ghani when he was their MB for 18 years.
They prefer Kit Siang the Chinese hero who has done nothing for them and will probably does nothing for them also in future too.
95% of ALL Chinese voters voted according to racial lines. So how about fuck off? Thanks.
DeleteWord, Ramayana.
DeleteHey Dumbayana, if 95% of Chinese voters voted on racial lines, how did Rafizi Ramli get so large a majority against his MCA opponent, huh?
DeleteGuna otak sikit, ok?
I guess Rafizi is just a dumb magnet because idiots and dumbos would spend hours in the queue to vote for him. The attraction of PKR is without a doubt a party for losers, sore losers, rowdy samsengs, brainless lembus, anti establishment over-educated loonies, bangsar residents, lesbians and gays and the just plain unwanted and rejects of the Malaysian society.
DeleteAnd God help us if these PKR people don't get to become the PM or Menteri Besar, we have to put up with their incessant annoying whining.
S'truth, give me strength!
Chinese don't vote on racial line, but they vote against the malay led BN.
DeleteThat's why MCA and Gerakan lost badly when pitted against PKR or PAS.
Understand??
PKR and PAS are not Malay lead too? Your Under Stand?
Delete14.41
DeleteThe chinese dont vote on racial line but they vote against the Malay led BN.
Well haha, joke's on you now, you racist. I see a whole bunch of Malays in the cabinet and a fair amount of Indians and Bumiputras from Sabah and Sarawak. Well done to the esteemed sirs and ladies.. Well done indeed and much congratulations.
And to those Dap chinese, you can all go to hell and may it rain cats and dogs on saturday and lightning strike all of you down.
And if any of you should be within 5 meters of my car don't be surprised if i don't slow down and mow you all down.
Menyebok aje.
And one thing ChingkMFs, go and do your Maths before making effing comments here. If you take apart the results , you will see the Malay heartland voted mainly for BN with almost 52%, well above BN"s Peninsular average of 45.8%.
ReplyDeleteBut if you take the Chingk heartland states, the% drops to 40% well below the average. And mind you that 40% is made up predominantly of Malay and Indian votes residing in those states. Only MFing Chingk bastards and his pseudo Malay Muslim pals would say it is not a Chingkie tsunami.
You can cheat the arsing MFing Chingkpigs all the time but never the smart Melayu Bermaruah.

Look at it this way, you are a true Malaysian by blood by virtue of mixed race parentage. Your parents accepted racial differences to get married.

Enough to drum the message of loyalty and moderation into the minds of the Chinese. Espouse the fact that promises by Pakatan are only that. Empty promises and hot air, just like flatus. No point insulting and antagonizing the "Melayu bangang" as you choose to call them, as well. They must be made to realize just which side of their bread is buttered and who is working hard on their behalf for their benefit and for the benefit of their children.Their perception is that UMNO is corrupt, no thanks to the daily indoctrination by the Pakatan idiots through their lies and spin in cybersphere. It is through blogs like yours, presented simply but clearly, that we may be able to counter the deceit propagated by the Pakatan cybertroopers. You speak through your heart and it comes across as honest and sincere. You have done very well and I salute your effort. Please do continue. Persevere despite the odds stacked against you. InsyaAllah, you will be able to get your messages across and reverse the mindset of those poisoned by the Pakatan goons. My prayers are with you.
Hi Annie, as a blogger, WZWH likes and support your blog. Interesting perspectives from a girl mixed blood point of view. Please expose more the racial sentiments by DAP and their "red bean army" the DAP Cybertroopers. WZWH also have Chinese blood from great grand-mother.

DeleteZaman sekarang, jadi racist dah takde stigma lagi. Chauvinist Kit Siang pun berulang2 kata melayu racist. DAP' wish is now granted!
DeleteThanks be to Lim Kit Ass for making being a racist a badge of honour. Pergi mampos.
DeleteAnnie,
ReplyDeleteAs much as I like to fight for the malays right in this country, I am beginning to lose faith in the ability of UMNO to sustain that fight.
One of the main reason is that, despite the call from various quarters to take the chinese head on, PM is still talking about reconciliation through his softie-softie approach.
It is obvious that he is being surrounded by what Tun M called "liberal and sophisticate malays" who do not have not tasted the pain of being second class to the chinese and he only listed to these people. They are oblivious to cocern oif the malays, only interested in enriching themselves. Make hay while the sun shine!
If the one person that we can hope to lead the malays, is behaving as such, what chances have got with the rest of them.
If his cabinet, to be named soon, comprises of softies like his cousin Hisham, Ghani, Ismail Sabri, JJ, etc.. we better prepare to be second class citizen after next GE and hope by then the malays will come to their sense and an alternative malay party will appear on the scene to take up the long battle ahead.
There were many words spoken in anger but I don't see any concrete and affirmative action taking shape..
Time to stop talking about Ghani but to discuss and agree on something that will be of use.
Tun M should just retire. His star candidates Zul Noordin & Katak Ali epic failed. Not so Perkasa anymore eh?
DeleteIts because of a self centered old fart like Tun M that Najib could not run the country properly
Anon 23.19,
ReplyDeleteThis is Annie's blog, so let her vent as much as she wans. Agreed, tho, lets focus on somethin concrete. So havent u heard of ABC, BBC and BCL? Really something u can do incl your family, frens, relatives, associates, neighbours etc. Cabinet appoinmnt outside our control & furthermore now is the time for unity not division among us...unless your really are the Red Bean Army!!!
The Joker
Yeah, man. Let the gomen punish the Chinese however they see fit. We the people will also do our part to punish the fucking shits. Buy Chinese Last.
DeleteNo, I am not a red beanie or a green beanie or even a blue beanie. Just a malay who had seen enough.
DeleteI just don't want the malays to keep moaning until the sun set on our beloved land. ABC, BBC, BCL are good and I am glad the effect was already seen but we need more that that.
We can give lots of ideas but we can't have the massive impact that we need without our leaders taking up those idea and make it effective.
I am not a surprised that our "liberal and sophisticated" leaders will say "I fully support your ideas, but the government cannot take it and implement as it will disrupt the racial harmony that we have now, but please carry on"
What they really mean is, you lot are encouraged to make all the noise while I make all the money.
So, who have been taken for a ride, PAS, PKR or you lot??
ps. I still voted BN
Najib talked about muhasabah diri, identify weaknesses and take the necessary action moving forward.
DeleteBerani kah dia?
Take the two of the most highlighted action required to improvement BN acceptability.
One, Hishamuddin had been seen as a weakling that allows the chinese to "naik tocang", to do what they see fit and not having to worry about reprisal by the authority.
Two, Rosmah was seen as a liability. Her excesses and high profile image were exploited to the hilt by PR.
Will Najib dare not to appoint Hisham to any critical ministry such as Home, Finance, Trade, Information or Defence?
Will Najib make her wife tone down and take a backstage role, just like Tun Hasmah or his mother?
Kita sama2 tunggu?
In the meantime, we should prepare ourself such that we don't have to depend on UMNO or BN in five years time.
I think its best najib to appoint the betrayed by chinese politician to be his cabinet member. The feeling of being betrayed should opened their eyes on whats important in this country.
ReplyDeleteIn that case, appoint Zulkifli Nordin but not Ghani.
DeleteHe is to old to change to a fierce tiger, which is what the malay need.
I agree with you anon 09:58 Malays are known for their soft spoken, tolerable traits, tidak apa (the tidak apa being very very dangerous).. WE BADLY NEED A WARRIOR! Fierce, stern, someone like Mahathir.. without the corruption/kroni part. Enough with tolerating.
DeleteYes totally agree with that i.e. Zulkifly Nordin in government and better still in KDN. That will really boil the Chinkypigs and we will have a great laugh..
DeleteHey, there's a reason why Zul got his butt kicked in Shah Alam.
DeleteSo if you wanna appoint the anti-Hindu good-for-nothing as cabinet minister, please go ahead. :)
Just support buy the Cina Malaysia Last! Shrink their Sales, support the Malay businesses. Get more portion of the economy pie. Stand on your own feet rather depending on the Cina's taxes. Can the Malaysian Cina gain back the Malays trust?. Probably but with many years later. We do not need traitors and ungrateful communities without hurting the feeling of the other races. Support the bumiputeras too, as they should taste the richness of the own blood country whether they are muslims or non-muslims.
ReplyDeleteI went for late lunch in Bukit Bintang area this afternoon at my friend restaurant, the crowd is bigger than usual and the restaurant next door which also sells Malay foods but owned by Chinese owner was rather quiet. I wonder whether it is a sign of ABC or BCL, but I surely hope so. I asked my friend about it (i.e ABC & BCL) but she just smiled.
ReplyDeleteSince I live around the area, I made an extra effort to find a Malay and Indian shop to do my grocery, which I normally do either at Giant or Cold Storage. I finally found an Indian shop near my place and bought my stuff there. The Indian lady at the counter was talking about the GE results with few people around her which favor DAP in the area, but she was quite rationale about it by saying "itu rezeki dia orang", although I could sense the disappointment from the tone. My reading is that there maybe a lot more new unfamiliar faces at her shop these few days compared to before, since there are also 7-11 and 99 speedmart around the block as well. I hope the momentum of ABC and BCL will pick up and sustain.
I notice that the DAPigs CTs now are playing angel with their more diplomatic tone or disguised as moderate Malaysians; same goes to the Star for the past 2 days. If you read the Star yesterday even the Chinese Business Chammber has thrown their support behind Najid (read in between lines of their actual attention). But who cares, now that we know their true colors so sorry to say "NOT EVEN LAIN KALILAH".
Derest Annie,
ReplyDeleteSabar. Remember, you are not alone. You still your family to depend on. Who ever she is, she still your mom who will always love you forever. Give her your love.
At the same time, if you don't like some comment by any anon in your blog, just delete it. It will put them on the spot especially if you release some (the one who sound intelegent but not really)but deleted a lot (the one who have no point but just to spit on you and everyone else) .
I think if you take those action, they will tone down their kurang ajar and try to be nice (ehem) to others while commenting. After all, their blogger delete any comment that didn't share their point of view. Why not you follow their blogger action. Your blog, your responsible right.
To Anon who think you can push Annie by saying anythingm remember, YOU ONLY A GUEST IN HER BLOG. AS A GUEST, YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW HER RULES.
Stay strong Dearest Annie.

DeleteHA - did not deliver as required by BN and she speak so much about Hannah, she partically make her a heroine as her votes increased- so she has to disappaer.

Helen is virus and her role helps to make Hannah more popular and she gets more votes than before. Thanks to Helen
Deleteaku tak tau kenapa PERKASA dikatakan racist. Adakah perjuangannya memperkasakan hak melayu seperti yang terkandung dalam perlembagaan? If that so, salah ke? Hak tersebut memang telah termaktub. Takde pulak Perkasa nak kacau hak bangsa lain. Tindakan mencium keris boleh dikatakan racist? Sepupu Najib siap mintak maaf lagi! Salah ke nak cium keris? Kenapa bangsa cina nak pertikai pulak?
Katanya Sultan Mizan tak merestui keputusan PRU 13 ni. hahahahahahahaha.....
the hatred for the Chinese is building up in me day by day..i cant even stand to look at one now...hv stopped going to Chinese shops and will support my own race more now .tks to DAP
ReplyDeleteHello all, as a BN voter I have also gone on the Buy Chinese Last kempen. I usually send my Camry for service at the Toyota service center but the manager and mechanics there are Cina. So I spent a few hours this week driving around to find a mechanic that is not Cina. Luckily I can finally find one where there is no Cina among the staff.
ReplyDeleteMy fellow BN voter also has pledged not to buy Chinese or use their services. Last Tursday his father was sent to the emergency room hospital but because the doctor on duty was Cina, he made sure his father would only be treated by a doctor that is not Cina. They finally manage to get a Malay doctor but by then too much time had passed and they had to amputate his fathers legs. I salute him for his ressilence.
Remember, if your boss assign you to work with a Chinese person, tell him flatly you do not work with Cina. Never mind if you get fired.
Goodnight. I have to take my car to the workshop again early tomorrow. They have change the oil but now the engine always over heat and make funny noises.
-Zool Noodling
Hello Zool Noodling you can go to hell..my people will survive without you MELAYU..keep on with that BCL..i will tell my chinese comrade to buy malay last.
Deletelast night i go massage i tell the owner to get me a pure chinese gal from PRC but they all have indon..i tell the owner fuck you..i want PRC i hate indon because they look like malay even though they are more beautiful i want chinese because i want to help my people by using their service only nevermind if she look like chong eng.
then my friend was beat by some loan sharks thug..he said they got the wrong guy..so he make a police report but my friend finally boycotting the police because all are malay..he said he is joining the ban everything malay movement..so he got home with all sort of injury but thank to natukong for give him good luck on the way home he accidentally stumble open a wallet with 300 ringgit inside..but too bad the money got the face of malay sultan he throw away the money..he want to use currency with chinese faces only.
got to go because i have to help my injured friend to find a tabib cina..because my area all clinic and gov hospital all malay..we're boycotting them too.
-Lim Kiss Ass
wow, wonderful. Just continue... Reject blood too when you need it, insist it is non-Chinese. ;)
DeleteHow to bcl when they supply practically everything in this ountry? :(
ReplyDeleteBuy from Malay or Indian Shops; Buy Malay products - they are a lot of them now just google any item that you need. The supply chain i.e Chinese will crumble in the long run if we work together. It is is not an overnight job but will take sometime. For instance before the existence of Kedai 1Malaysia, you always hear about the essential items prices increase or shortage, now you hardly hear them.
DeleteIf you go to departmental store just look for Malay or Indian salesperson and ignore the Chinese bluntly. They work on basic salary plus commission, this will hurt their pocket directly.
A lot of staff can be bought online now and operated by Malay, you just need to do extra works on this. Just ask around there are always people in the know that can help you.
I think a lot of parents are planning for their Hariraya Shopping in advance, so start planning where you should shop. If you are in KL and especially in B Bintang Area, just go to I-Setan or H&M instead of Parksons or Metrojaya. Anyhting but ABCD.
Whatever. In KL, you probably number just 20%. No big deal. Just boycott
DeleteWhat occasional racist. A shameless one, who basically wants to be more Malay, like Hitler wanted to be more Aryan. Weird how its the mixed races who hates their 'impure' part. Indians like MM hate and is still ashamed of his Indian part, and can never admit even to it. Oh sorry, actually this Anne, even her name came from the WW2 Anne to obtain more readership. A deceitful little girl. Please grow up little Anne. From one little girl to another. That's what all posts here are mostly about. Little girls and boys talking nonsense. Me included. blah bah bah, babababa white sheep
DeleteLol.........hahaha...combating racism with racism..chinese is inherently racist..adopting so called western name...but dont know shit about the name they use for...GABRIEL konon...my ass..even some of these flatface pignose dont know shit bout jesus christ..haha...hey...come on la..packed ur supremacist down to drain la my fellow chinese citizen.. act like the name u adopted la..Steven,Daniel konon..
ReplyDeleteGreat. Now your beloved PM had taken 2.6 billion from the"sky donor" because of your support. Continue supporting him then, may GOD bless him to suck more of your rakyat money into his personal account.
