136 pages of hard read

This is all over the social media,

U.S. Justice Department files lawsuits linked to 1MDB

and of course the rest of the world media.

As I had previously stated, I'm not an expert of the 1MDB issue.

That's why I really never commented on it.

So, I think for detailed explanation, you all have to read the writings of people who are more well versed in banking and high finance.

Maybe a blog with fancy charts and operated by know-it-all blogger could enlighten you all better on the issue.

Or maybe not....

Maybe it's better for you all to read things directly related to the issue rather than those already spinned by other people.

Here is the link to the whole 136 pages of the US Justice Department's Civil Complaints against the producer of box-office movie Wolf of Wall Street  which it alleged had participated in “an international conspiracy to launder money” tied to an investment and development company owned by the government of Malaysia : Please click here

I got that link from here,
http://deadline.com/2016/07/red-granite-federal-investigation-wolf-of-wall-street-producer-seize-assets-1201789295/

Honestly, I find that 136 pages to be hard read.

Just read a few pages and it made me felt like smoking a cigarette.

Stress.

And I was actually trained to be a lawyer....I know, quite embarrassing.

Good thing I didn't become one.

Anyway, if you all understand it better than me, please explain what the whole thing is really all about at the comment section.

Please try to explain it in layman's terms those 136 pages.

Really, I don't know how to do that.

Thank you.

Okay, for laughs, here it is again that video about the Wolf of Wall Street movie,

It's a bit outdated though, Leo actually won best actor at the last Academy Award.

Whatever it is, don't be stressed, okay.

  6. Dear Annie,

No need to read or wait for someone to explain. Just sit by the corner and watch things unfold. Massive thievery. Biggest in the history of their investigations.
As the money trail unfolds, many Malaysians will understand this matter more easily.Anger and dismay will make them hate all those thieves involved .
We can longer respect the AG,IGP,MACC,BNM and the ministers responsible. Dahalan, Salleh Keruak,Zahidi, Azalina, Fuad Zarakashi, and the others need to find a place to hide their faces.Your mentor Croaky Brew is also looking for a place to hide his face. Arul has found a place to hide but unfortunately his head cannot be hidden
The most happiest people would be TDM,TSMY,Shafie, Mukriz and the others could be Tony Pua, Rafizi too.

The pirate and his team are exposed....you can run but you cannot hide.

This is just the start......136 pages is nothing. More explosive shameful things will be coming soon to embarrass all Malaysians of our docile being.

We know why Ghani Patial was relieved from his job and replaced with his sycophant.
If Apandi were to lead the charge against Guan Eng, I don't think the graft charge would stick. If Apandi's history of political involvement as Kota Baru 's Ketua Bahagian, that political conspiracy elegation will be difficult to dismiss.

  12. Don't have time to read that link. Maybe some time later.

I wrote this somewhere, a week ago. Here goes:-.

If you care to notice, anywhere China had disputes or engaged in hostility, over anything with its neigbours, it must be with staunch allies of the US, most of them with Naval or Military Bases/attachments on their land.

Our Navy's PASCAL had inhabited Layang-Layang (a tiny shoal in the Spratlys, 300km from Labuan), since 1982, ordered by Dr.M, 2 weeks after becoming PM. Today, we have build a light plane landing stripe and it had become an exclusive tourist attraction, manned by our boys. PLA had never intimidate them in any way. PLA's vessels would even direct their guns the opposite direction if they pass-by Terumbu Layang-Layang as a gesture of friendly passage.
But that would last long if Najib decide that Malaysia be a new American ally against China's so-called aggression or expansion in South China Seas.
Remember, the FBI is also investigating 1MDB's money-laundering. Obama or maybe Trump could hold that incriminating evidence to squeezes Najib's balls to their whims and fancies. It would not be a surprise if Malaysia were to host another US Naval Base, most probably in Sabah, if things gets rowdy in the Spratlys.

  15. AMPRIVATE BANKING-MR private account in ArabMalaysian Bank which also received USD 681 million (681 American pies) 'donation' belonged to the Malaysian Official 1.

Although the details of the lawsuit points that Malaysian Official 1 is a relative of Rosmah's son Riza Shahriz bin Abdul Aziz it cannot possibly be the Malaysian Prime Minister's wife simply because she is not a high-ranking official in the Malaysian Government who held a position of authority with 1MDB, although one cannot be blamed for assuming she had vast, unofficial high-ranking authority.

Malaysian Official 1 cannot be anybody else but Mohd Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak, the Prime Minister of Malaysia who also used to be the Chairman of the Board of Advisors of 1MDB until the board was dissolved early this year amid global money laundering investigations.

This is not rocket science. It cannot also be any of the other sons of former Prime Minister the late Tun Abdul Razak because none of them are high-ranking Malaysian government officials although they are distant relatives of Riza Aziz, the son of Rosmah Mansor from a previous marriage

  17. Will Najib finally have the manly strength to actually tell the truth and stand up to face the music, instead of having Salleh Keruak to monkey around talking something beyond what his brain could understand?

Or will Najib rely on those stupid Facebook defenders of 1MDB who had only made Najib looked even more moronic due to their contradicting lies and idiotic spins.

Will he do the unthinkable, suing the US Government for slandering him? Now that would be comical indeed. 54 Tuesdays have come and go, and it is the US who are filing legal suit against his step son while implicating him all the same time (as the Malaysian Official 1).

  18. Let's not get too stressed out and have a laugh on the statement by the crook's stepson-"Riza Aziz, the stepson of Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak, had claimed that US$94 million of 1MDB funds which ended up in accounts he had access to, was a gift from Aabar BVI, said the US Department of Justice (DOJ).
"(Riza) Aziz claimed, including in his 2012 US tax return, that this money was a 'gift' from Aabar BVI," it said in its suit yesterday."

  19. For the first time since he began a 20-year livelihood of theft of vast amounts of Malaysian government funds that began at least in 1999 when he was named defense minister, (1MO's) kleptocratic career may finally be in danger.

Although he is identified only as “Malaysian Public Official No. 1,” it is clear that N___b is the target of what Lynch called “the largest single action ever brought” under the US’s Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Initiative.

conversations overnight with some of UMNO’s most powerful mandarins, including senior supreme council members and members of the administration, who think Najib will be unable to twist his way out of this, as he has so often in the past.

“They are realistic and said they were already getting calls and messages from colleagues looking for escape routes from the sinking ship R__mah,”. they will soon be scrambling to outdo each other in distancing themselves from both N___b and R__mah.”

But N___b began a career of deep corruption almost as soon as he became defense minister for the second time in 1999 under then-Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad. He set out to modernize the Malaysian military, reportedly suborning bribes all the way along, with much of the money being poured into the coffers of the United Malays National Organization, buying him loyalty from the cadres that has endured to this day.
