Annie in the middle

I may be a bit tired.

But , apparently it was not so with the almost 90 year old former PM Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

Today, he came out with another posting which I'm certain was personally written by himself.

REPAYMENT OF DEBTS

excerpts:
3. In business, money can be lost through bad investments or bad management. That is acceptable though the CEO and Managers would be sacked.

4. But when money is lost and the management cannot explain where it went and how it disappeared then management would still be responsible even if there is a bailout or the debts paid.

5. Thus with money claimed to have been invested in Cayman Islands and despite claims that it had been brought back and is now in Singapore, the money cannot be demonstrated to be there in tangible form, then management will be held responsible for its loss. The assumption must be that management had misappropriated the money unless otherwise proven.

That is the second posting by Dr Mahathir in the last 24 hours.

If he keeps this up, his postings on the need to oust  PM DS Najib Razak could be compiled into a book.

If combined with Najib's replies, I think such a book will make a very interesting read.

Meanwhile, those of us who are still wishing for some sorts of compromise between the two guys for the sake of the establishment and more importantly the country are slowly losing hope.

As pointed by Rocky, the fight between supporters of the two leaders has gone

Just another notch lower

In this case, the idiotic goons on Najib's side are apparently still at it.

They are making things worse just to be in the good book of their bosses.

The Dr Mahathir's side will definitely retaliate and the tit-for-tat will continues.

Honestly, this is sad.

Since I'm now sitting in the middle of the two factions, I'm getting whacked by both sides.

Those who know me should realize my deep loathing of some Najib's people for what they did to me.

In fact, because of that, I have more reasons to see Najib falls than many of those pro-Dr Mahathir bloggers.

But, I don't feel that should be an excuse for me to go all out attacking Najib.

That would be selfish of me and makes me no better than those mercenaries with vested interests.

I believe that there should be a better way to turn around the situation.

After all, the way I understand it, Dr Mahathir's real objective is not really to topple Najib but to prevent Pakatan from winning the next general election and thus saving the country.

So, I'm trying to stay focused on that bigger picture and contribute what ever little that I can afford.

I may be losing hope but I will hang on there as long as I'm able to do so.

  2. Why is Mahathir so fixated on trying "to prevent Pakatan from winning the next general election and thus save(sic) the country"?

Doesn't Mahathir believe in democracy and the "one person one vote" principle?

Is he questioning the ability of Pakatan to be the next federal government?

Is he worried (or terrified) that past deeds will be brought back into the spotlight?

Is he on the horns of another "Dilemma"?

Or is he worried that the Malaysian Malays have moved beyond the stage of unstinting admiration of his life and works?

  3. Orang tulis blog, dia pun tulis blog. Orang buat roadshow, dia pun buat roadshow. Siap bangga lagi umum berpuluh-puluh ribu datang nak dengar dia bercakap. Dengan media arus perdana dikawal sepenuhnya pun still rasa tak cukup. Still nak tunjuk kononnya masih dapat sokongan yang kuat.
Kalau rasa hebat sangat, sila bukak ruangan komen kat blog tu. Sila adakan sesi Q & A setiap kali selesai road show. kami nak tengok sejauh mana kejantanan dan kejaguhan pahlawan Bugis. Kami nak tengok PM kita jawab soalan secara spontan macam Tun Mahathir buat. Kalau setakat bukak blog tak bagi orang komen tak aci la macam tu. Kalau setakat cakap berdegar-degar chest thumping depan ribuan manusia tapi bila orang nak tanya soalan tak bagi pahlawan apa macam tu. Kalau Tun Mahathir boleh buat kenapa tidak PM kita.

Lagipun, apa punya PM la macam ni pegang jawatan Menteri Kewangan tapi ekonomi negara merundum, ringgit jatuh, index jatuh, saham felda jatuh, hutang naik.

KPI memang failed. PRU13 pun failed. 1MDB soalan tak jawab. So, macam ni PM yang u nak?.

Jangan asik salahkan consultant la..Najib pun ada otak juga kan..So, siapa bertanggungjawab?

    1. Dulu saya rasa Tun Mahathir ada some valid points regarding 1MDB.Tapi bila dia sentuh perkara lain macam konsep 1Malaysia tiru DAP's Malaysian Malaysia, lepas tu kata BR1M buat penerima jadi malas etc. I now have doubt about Tun's motives

1MDB memanglah solid point yang membuktikan Najib is no use for this country.

  5. You are one of the few young ones who still care about the future of this country. I am proud of you. I believe you are as old as my first daughter. I was twelve years old when our country got its independence. Quiet sad to see our leaders going after each others throat. As an old man born in the year umno was formed nothing is happier than to watch the country progresses and move foward to give a brighter future for generations to come. But at the present state of affairs I am not too sure. I hope you are true to yourself by being focus on the bigger picture,as you yourself said and contribute as much as you can to the good of the nation. Annie, I have given up hope on all the politicians especially the oppositions.None of them are of any good to the rakyat marhaen . I hope Im wrong.Take care Annie may Allah bless you

    Pathetic!!

All those singing praises of our Bogus, oh sorry, Bugis PM, just answer this: who would you have picked to be PM during the 1997-98 Asian financial crisis? "Genius" or Tun?

Kalau Najib sokong Hudud, MCA, MIC PPP dan lain-lain Party komponen BN di Sabah & Sarawak, akan turut sokong Hudud jugak?

Fixed Deposit bergantung kepada tindakan Najib, by hook or by crook?

  11. I hope Tun and the rest keep on whacking and exposing all his mischiefs until this useless dickhead f*ck off from his position. He has taken the country down the drain and if he continues to cling on to power, we will see Malaysians looking for job in Indonesia,Bangladesh and Myanmar instead. Not only that, he will cause UMNO to be buried forever and with the opposition ruling the country, it will never be the same again. Latest news is that he hired Lim Kok Wing to brush-up his image. When you have no substance,ie;incompetent, incapable or in short useless dumb fellow, no amount of image polishing can change the fact. Changing the icing on a horrible cake does not make the cake taste better.

Btw, with the latest posting by OSTB, looks like some back-door compromise is being worked out with PAC hah. This explains why Jibby Dungu keep saying let's wait until report. We all expect this to happen so not a surprise. If Jazlan is smart enough, he will not compromise and expose the many wrongdoings and he will be remembered and loved by all the rakyat including the opposition. And in fact, he will be putting himself immediately on the running for Prime Minister's position. But then, his safety will be compromised instead (you know what i mean lah).

"Indeed, those who torture men and women of true faith and never repent of their sins, they will be punished in Hell, and it is the punishment of the Great Fire.
But verily, those who believe and act righteously, they will have gardens beneath which rivers flow - and that is the great attainment. Indeed, the vengeance of your Lord is severe."
