A song on a special day

Today is a special day for me.

Just want to play this song for someone special.

I'm taking a break from the usual political nonsense.

By the way, the singer lives in China, but she is a good Malaysian.

If you don't know her, ask a Chinese friend....if you have one.

Cheers everyone.

  2. Annie,

I don't bother to know any Chinese singers because Chinese language is considered 'not music to my ears '. I prefer listening to Japanese songs anytime as they are soothing. To me, Chinese language is 'crass ' just like Tamil. Japanese language is akin to Hindi which is 'melodious'!

  5. Hi Annie, new here. Had read your archive post from March 2014 to the recent and nodded to all… but the anonymous comments were dreadful.. I sure hope they are just trojan and not the real Malaysians. Here are some of my rants
1.I’m not ashamed of being Malaysian. But I’m ashamed of our government incompetency handling the MH370. Government indeed owe apology to the MH370 next of kin and the world. Is it so hard to say sorry.. sigh.. ? If it helps for the citizen to say sorry… we would say sorry on behalf of the government.
2.It seems irrelevant to question the loyalty of Malaysian who joins the foreign media to condemn incompetency of Malaysia handling MH370. One don’t need to move out of Malaysia to condemn right? Its freedom of speech… ba.. Why equate condemner to a traitor? How would you label those anonymous commenters in your blogs who are fellow Malaysians but condemning each other… sigh. I agree with aunty that your post is little bit extreme.. I’m sure if Malaysia is under physical attack, (touch wood) , we will stand united with Malaysia. Tanah tumpah darahku..
3.What piss me off are the China artist and media asking to boycott Malaysia because of MH370. How will boycott help to find the MH370? I’m fully on Malaysia side on this case.
4.Why equate children studying in vernacular school are less patriotic than those in national school? I don’t send my kids to vernacular because of its superior education or planning to move to our origin.. I’m from SK and my regret would be not able to read and write in Chinese. Studying is for knowledge .. the more the better.. Those from vernacular school may speak with slang and error… even Malay dont speak in proper Bahasa nowadays in daily communication .. as long understand sesama Malaysian sudahla.. unless u r a perfectionist or writing karanagan .. ba.. This is already Malaysia culture ..why only now it is a concern?
5.Di mana perginya tata susila wahai orang Malaysia… ngapa komen-komen rata-ratanya kasar sangat bahasanya..dan melibatkan anatomi anatomi manusia.. tsk tsk tsk..
