The Chinese culture is more often than not, all work and no play. Which culture is better? I think a bit of both is better eh.

As for 'my people', why are they 'my people' just because they are Chinese? They do not speak for me. It doesn't matter which religion but I know I would get annoyed if someone came around and shove their religion in my face. If these people did that, then they are idiots whether or not they are Chinese.

There are good Chinese and bad Chinese just like there are good Malays and bad Malays. You will always find idiots everywhere regardless of race. As a Malaysian, you are 'my people' and I will defend you against idiots like that even if they are Chinese.

However I have no right to speak for the Bumiputra. Just imagine if the idiot happens to be Malay. Its too easy for him to tell me, "Hey you Chinese, we didn't invite you, go home." He will use his Bumiputra status to silence my right to speak as a Malaysian.

You and I know the idea of a PM of Chinese origin is unthinkable. Why is that so if he's the most skilled for the job and has the best interest for Malaysia? Because he is not Bumiputra and he does not have the best interest for the Bumiputras. The interest of the Bumiputras come first before the interest of Malaysia as a nation.

Don't get me wrong, I don't want to see to see a Chinese PM. I just want a PM (Malay or non-Malay I don't care) who has the best interest for Malaysia first before Malays or Chinese because no country, no matter how rich in resources or people, can exist for long when the rights of one group come before the nation.

I may be Chinese but I write as a Malaysian because I do not want to see Malaysia fail as a country. The unintended effect of the bumiputra policy is that the Chinese have to be 'economically fitter' than the Malays in order to survive on a day to day basis. If the bumiputra policy was reversed, the Malays would be 'economically fitter' than the Chinese to survive. It's human nature to slack off if given the chance - I would if given the chance.

As for your "we didn't invite you in" statement, there was no invite, I was born in Malaysia. Do you think just because I'm Chinese, the owner of the Chinese business is going to tell me his secrets or give me a lower price? For that matter, when you rocked up to an Apple store, did you expect the late Steve Jobs to tell you his secrets because you are 'native'? Assalamualaikum, bermakna: May Peace be Upon You.

Mahathir mereka tulis Madhater.

RD.https://www.blogger.com/profile/06318291442880190908noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-293986270107200488.post-21101143300001379852014-02-15T12:56:14.148+08:002014-02-15T12:56:14.148+08:00Malaysia is going down the drain. Like the name detonated, I am a forgiving person.

I belong to the sign of Aquarius, the eleventh sign of the Zodiac. Plenty have been said about Aquarium. Aquarius is also a name of a song. It accomplished its popularity through the musical album entitled, "The Hair" during the 60s. I have a memorable album of live concert of "Hair the musical" recorded at the prestigious theater in London, Shaftesbury theater. It was a celebrated musical piece. The production ran 1,997 performances successfully.

Aquarium conceives, in nature, the behavior of humanitarian and philanthropic. The horoscope conveys the interpretation for those who were borne in that month. It does outlined my behavior which derived from my simple upbringing. The knowledge bestowed upon me by my parents were to be appreciated.

Things have changed when I read about the May 13 riots and I have been digging into the hearts of the Chauvinist pigs. I am not a forgiver. I realize and believe they are not sincere people. They have no respect for other people religions other people norms, culture, languages and the way other people think. I stop of being tolerance and acceptance to these Chauvinist pigs. In a simple word, I really hate them. It is not because of politics anymore. I just can't take them anymore. I am not sure if there are that many Buddhists in China and even fewer in a policy-making role.

Most Muslims in China live quite harmoniously other Chinese and why shouldn't they? They are considered Chinese by the Chinese.

It's just that they are Muslim Chinese instead of Daoist Chinese or animist Chinese or Christian Chinese or Buddhist Chinese or whatever :)

It is only the Xinjiang Muslims who have a problem with the Chinese Govt. I think it was because of the growth of Islamic militancy from about the 1990s in places like Afghanistan and Chechnya and this militancy was exported to Xinjiang.

It should be quite easy to verify the origins of the Xinjiang conflict.

Similarly, I suspect the separatist movement in Pattani, Thailand started originally with a political agenda until it got hijacked by Islamist militants returning from conflict zones in Afghanistan, Iraq, Chechnya, Xinjiang, etc.

In almost every conflict around the world today involving Islamist militants, you can be certain that they will advocate a Taliban-style of Islam. It provides the rationale for their many barbarous acts.

LOL has found justification for his racism in religion because I suspect he merely follows others that he associates with.

The line between his racist views have been blurred into his religious views. I am "kafir harbi" because he hates me racially.

Never mind the fact that he has no evidence of me insulting Islam, as long as he has, what he believes to be, sufficient religious justification for his racial hatred.

Islam today is hated the world over precisely because of people like LOL. They use Islam for their own gratification while claiming that they have the might of Allah on their side.

I don't think it is fair to other Muslims who want no part of such an interpretation of Islam but are forced to comply for fear of retribution.

You mentioned Syed Akbar Ali.

Syed Akbar Ali is another person whose politics sucks BUT I find it very difficult to challenge his views on Islam because he thinks .. well.. outsyed the box :)

Anyway, I apologise for such a lengthy boring comment.

I just want to say that I don't hate LOL.

If I did hate him, I would have said nothing and allowed him to continue with his mix of racist and half-baked Islamic views.

That way, he will continue to be hated by others and Islam will continue to be hated everywhere.

And if he has children, they will grow up not really knowing why they are being hated by people they have never met in countries they have never been.

GladiatorAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-293986270107200488.post-56865675419758927842014-02-15T00:57:18.936+08:002014-02-15T00:57:18.936+08:00wonder why annie allow this superracist LOL to mak...wonder why annie allow this superracist LOL to make these kind of racists remarks.
so much hatred...pity....wanna be terrorist in the making perhaps...lol
Please dont associate urself with the rest of us muslims please ye.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-293986270107200488.post-25342873758516420542014-02-14T22:12:17.518+08:002014-02-14T22:12:17.518+08:00(continue)
When they are disunited, weak and vuln...(continue)

When they are disunited, weak and vulnerable, the Muslims seems to have only multiplied their enemies. The whole wide world saw on TV, those Muslims celebrated by dancing and shouting with joy in the streets, the day after 911. Buddhist, the world over, especially in China, whom have been somewhat sympathetic towards the Palestinians cause or against US meddling in the middle-east have became skeptical after Bamiyan, hence treated their own Muslim minority at home with suspicion. Even France and Russia, once vocal against US and Israeli aggression, kept quite about that time, the phrase ‘Islamphobia’ was coined. People with Arabic names were frisk at airports for security checks. The Muslims seems to have lost support from the main Veto-powered countries.
3 month after 911, the US invaded Afghanistan under the guise of ‘Weapon of mass destruction’. Next is Iraq, (then Libya too), almost unilaterally.
In my opinion, the Uighurs, Rohinyas or even the Malays in Southern Thailand would not have been treated too badly, if the Taliban had not bombed the Statue in Bamiyan.

I’m pretty sure LOL’s hometown is not along the border of Thailand, like mine. In the 70s the Siamese in my village used to rear pigs like the Malays rear goats. Therefore I don’t feel ‘jijik’ about pork. I can even eat nasi-lemak, next to a pork butcher.
,
I guess LOL is quite young. Does not have children of his own yet, hence the temper and angst in the way he wrote. He must have been reading too much abusive comments in pro-PR websites. Like me, he must have been barred in pro-PR websites. Thanks to ‘Freedom of Expression’, championed by Pakatan’s Politicians, LOL have only the pro-BN blogs like Annie’s to vent his anger. But now I feel that LOL might be Muslim with Indian origins on vengeance over what befalls his kin in majority Hindus ancestral land and that’s bad for the Malays and Muslim as a whole, especially in a Majority Malay Land.
RD.https://www.blogger.com/profile/06318291442880190908noreply@blogger.com
